Cass and her mother were gathering things that they were going to take with them, Agatha  finally putting some clothes on.

"She couldn't have used the door like a normal fucking person."

Cass said as she picked up a piece of what used to be their front door.

"And why would she do that?"

Agatha retorted, they could hear the mumbling of the boy, they hadn't been bothered to untape the boy's mouth. The muffled talking was kind of getting annoying for Cass, the thought of knocking him out did pass through her mind. Cass saw her mum drink a mystery liquid out of a cup before putting it down, Cass would never in her right mind do that.

"Ugh!"

Her mum groaned as she tried to put a pair of shoes on that were clearly Cass's.

"Whose shoes are these?"

She complained as she walked off to find another pair of shoes to put on, Cass chuckled before answering her mother.

"Those would be mine mum."

Cass told her mum who came back with a pair of shoes on, Agatha laughed a little, she should have known they were Cass's shoes.

"The house is yours random boy. Be sure to tell the vengeance-seekers we said hi."

Agatha told the boy, as Cass found her "witches" hat, it was kinda pointed but no where near at tall as those Halloween witches hats, and not the same material either. Cass's witches hat was a dark green felt like material that she had made herself because she got bored.

"Take me to the witches road."

The boy said, Agatha and Cass's head's snapping towards the boy who had somehow managed to get the tape off his mouth. Her mother, folding her scarf over her arm as the pair walked towards the boy. Cass got the pleasure of ripping the tape off the boy's mouth, him groaning a little bit as it came all the way off.

"Come again."

Agatha asked the boy, Cass had heard stories of her mother's trip on the road and she was in no mood to go down it herself, she would rather not skate death.

"The witches road. I want you to take me there."

The boy said, Cass looking at the boy flabbergasted, this boy must be crazy if he thought they were going to take him on the road, or at least that's what Cass thought.

"Please?"

The boy added, Cass rubbing her Tempels, the audacity on this boy.

"The witches road doesn't exist."

Cass lied to the boy, her mother nodded, but the boy was not taking no for an answer.

"You're lying."

The boy said, Cass rolling her eyes at the boy, she didn't give kindness to people who called her a liar.

"Is she?"

Agatha asked semi rhetorically,

"That's just what real witches say to keep the amateurs out."

The boy told them, he was really starting to get on Cass's nerves, who started to take her gloves off, her mother stopping her.

"Cassie, no, he's not worth it."

Agatha whispered in her daughter's ear, Cass sighed as she put her gloves back on, the boy looked a little confused.
