"What the hell are you talking about, Cassie?"

Agatha decided to ask Cass glaring at the woman because she had just called her Cassie, a name she wasn't allowed to call her anymore.

"She's not experiencing things in sequence. But we don't have time to talk about that. Billy apologise and we can get on with the trial."

Cass told the group, only confusing Agatha and Billy even more, but Billy turned to Lilia and apologised.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have lashed out at you, you didn't deserve to-"

Billy cut himself off, Lilia still looked at him angrily,

"I wasn't hiding my power from you. I didn't know that I could. I'm not lying to you."

Billy said trying to get her to believe him, now he felt like Cass felt trying to get him to believe her.

"It was a surprise to me too. If I had of known I would have-"

Billy cut himself off, realising he was reading Lilia's mind as she looked at him confused.

"You knowing about your powers, would not have changed the sequence of events that transpired. The only thing that would was if this one, hadn't have been a bitch the entire time."

Cass said pointing at Jen, who looked shocked, she was confused as to what she did.

"What did I do?"

Jen asked shocked, Cass wanted nothing more than to kill Jen in that moment but a familiar voice spoke up.

"You can't hurt them, promise me Cassie."

The voice said, tears filling Cass's eyes, the rest of the group looking at her confused.

"Alice."

Cass breathed out, falling to her knees, Agatha having the most idea as to what was going on.

"Alice, where are you?"

Cass asked tears rolling down her face, she was so happy to hear the woman's voice again but it wasn't coming from the usual place.

"That's not important now. You have to promise me you won't hurt them."

Alice spoke up again, Cass nodded, wiping some of the tears off her face.

"I promise. But please Alice come back."

Cass sobbed, the group looking confused as to what Cass had just promised Alice.

"I'll see you at the end my love."

And with that Alice was gone again, Cass on the floor in tears, Agatha wrapping her daughter up in a hug.

"She gone. I didn't even get to say goodbye."

Cass sobbed, Agatha knew they didn't have time for this but they were going to make some.

"You were reading my mind."

Lilia said, trying to get this back on track, she knew it made her seem heartless but she also knew this is what Cass would have wanted her to do.

"I only did it because it's so loud."

Billy responded to Lilia's statement as Agatha got Cass to stop crying, arms still wrapped around her.

"No offence."

Billy added, Cass using her mother's sleeves to dry her tears, using her bandage was a bad idea, blood was starting to seep through it, but she kept it from everyone except her mother.
