Snake and Gojo.

Chapter 1: The Meeting

It was another average day for the Solid Snake. He was in the game central station, getting ready to enter “Super Smash Bros. Brawl”. He wasn’t paying attention to what gate he was going in as he was listening to “It Was A Good Day”. He didn’t notice that the SSBB was next to another gate that was called “Fortnite”. There was nobody at the gate and he also didn’t notice any difference between the SSBB tunnel and the Fortnite one. Once he walked past the in-game scanning part, he realised something was off, as the world wasn’t 2D instead it was 3D. He wanted to return but it was too late. He reached the end of the tunnel and looked around a bit before he decided to make a run and return to his actual game, but unfortunately for him, the tunnel was shattering and before he knew it, he was falling out of the sky.
He fell down. He was now in a new game, Fortnite. He noticed a few things in the distance, four platforms and what seemed to be game mode options. It wrote: “solo”, “duos”, “trios” and “squads”, Snake looked at each and thought, “Solo is too easy for me, squads is a bit too difficult, and trios… quite annoying. I suppose duos should work.” and without a second thought, he chose duos and didn’t notice the “Fill” option being enabled. He queued and before he knew, he got teleported on an island. For a few moments, he noticed a bunch of people, each having their own separate looks. Snake started walking around and before he knew it, a guy named “Satoru Gojo” joined his team.

-”HALLO!”, said Gojo, which was immediately followed by his entrance.
Snake looked at him a bit skeptical, unsure of what to say or do.

-”Hey, I’m talking to you, can you hear me?” said Gojo in a loud, high pitched voice, as he was approaching Snake.
-”Yeah… but talking isn’t really my thing, bud.” replied Snake, coldly, to which Gojo pouted.

-”Awh… you are one of those meanies… but I haven’t seen you around… are you new here?” said Gojo in a child-like manner, and by this, Snake already knew he was in a bad spot.

-”Yeah, went through the wrong gate.” replied Snake as he turned around to check what else was on the island.

-”Gate? What gate?” asked Gojo, confused. Snake then realised he might not be able to make it back, he turned around to face Gojo.

-”...How do you even escape this place? It’s… too colourful.” said Snake to which Gojo responded with a loud chuckle.

-”Escape? There’s no escape from this land, brother. I’ve tried almost everything already. However, I didn’t try to win.” replied Gojo. Snake looked at him with a dead look that screamed despair.

-”Maybe winning is the key out of here.” responded Snake but Gojo immediately laughed as if he was telling a joke. The bus driver then honked and all of a sudden, Gojo was running to catch the bus, Snake didn’t know what to do, so he just followed him. Gojo jumped inside the bus but Snake was a bit behind, when he tried to get in the bus, he failed but Gojo quickly caught him by his forearm and pulled him in.

-”Yeah… about the win… good luck getting it. It’s a pain in the [[HYPERLINK BLOCKED]].” said Gojo as he was catching his breath. Snake gave him a cold look then stood silent.

-”Anyways, where do you want to go?” Gojo gave Snake a map.”You wanna land at Grand Glacier?” he pointed to the location on the map to show Snake exactly where. Snake looked at the location, then back at him and responded with a quiet “sure”. Gojo stood up, looked out the window to see where they were, went to the back and jumped off, Snake looked at him shocked and then followed him down. Gojo was laughing and diving through the sky towards their desired destination, Snake was silent the whole time, simply following Gojo.

Once they reached a closer distance to the ground, Gojo deployed his glider and so did Snake, gliding together towards Grand Glacier. Other players could be seen gliding there, Gojo goes towards a chest in the hedge maze and Snake follows him. They both open a chest each and get all the loot. Gunshots could be heard coming from inside the building, so Gojo quickly rushed in, laughing and having fun, while Snake was just looking at him, regretting everything, but he followed behind him and made sure nobody followed them.
