--Photo Studio--

“Okay! Are you ready?” The photographer asked Eva, Jungkook, and YN.

“Yes!” Eva replied enthusiastically.

“Say cheese!” The photographer exclaimed, clicking two quick photos. Afterward, he said, “Parents, let’s take one more photo of you both kissing your daughter.”

YN and Jungkook nodded, leaning down to press their lips against Eva’s cheeks on either side. The photographer quickly captured the moment.

As soon as the click of the camera echoed, Eva excitedly dashed over to the photographer to see the photos. Her movement inadvertently closed the distance between YN and Jungkook, leaving them sitting close together. They exchanged glances, their breaths hitching at the sudden proximity.

Seizing the opportunity, the photographer snapped a candid shot of YN and Jungkook staring at each other, their expressions caught in a fleeting moment of surprise.

“Lovely!” The photographer exclaimed, looking at the photo with delight. His words jolted YN and Jungkook out of their thoughts, and they turned their attention back to him, a mix of embarrassment and amusement flushing Jungkook's cheeks.

“Uncle, show me the photos,” Eva requested.

Meanwhile, YN cleared her throat and stepped out of the photo studio to catch some fresh air. She took a deep breath, questioning herself, “Am I really ready for this? Am I truly prepared to spend the rest of my life with someone?”

Just then, she heard Jungkook’s voice behind her. “I will never disappoint you,” He promised earnestly. YN turned to face him, feeling the weight of his words.

“I promise to love you for the rest of my life,” He added, his gaze intense.

YN chuckled softly, shaking her head. “Jimin said the same thing,” She replied, “Jungkook, I’m not trying to be rude, but it seems like men love to make grand promises. Instead of just promising, shouldn’t you let your actions speak louder?”

She looked into his eyes, searching for sincerity. In that moment, she wanted to see more than words; she wanted to know that he truly understood the gravity of what they were embarking on together.

Jungkook nodded, his expression earnest. “You’re right,” He said thoughtfully. “I need to express my feelings for you through my actions. I want to make you feel loved, and I want to earn your love in return. YN, you don’t understand how deeply I crave your affection.”

He paused, gathering his thoughts. “Every moment we spend together makes me realize just how much I want to build a life with you. It’s not just about promises; it’s about showing you that I’m here, that I’m committed to you, and that I’ll always prioritize our relationship. I’ll do whatever it takes to make you feel cherished.”

His voice softened, “I want you to see that my love isn’t just a fleeting sentiment—it’s a promise I intend to keep through my actions, every single day.”

YN smiled and nodded. “I’m giving you a chance. So use this opportunity wisely.”

Jungkook returned her smile, his excitement evident. “How about we go on a date tonight?”

YN looked at him in shock. “Why all of a sudden? D-Do you think I’m free?”

Jungkook sighed and shook his head in disbelief. “Women are so difficult to understand.” He muttered under his breath.

YN frowned, “What did you say?”

Jungkook turned to her, a mix of exasperation and affection in his eyes. “Yaah! How can things improve between us if you act like this?”

“What did I do?” YN asked, genuinely surprised.

“On one hand, you tell me to use my chance wisely, but on the other, you’re not even taking a step toward me. What am I supposed to do?” Jungkook replied, his annoyance creeping into his voice.

YN paused, contemplating his words. She clears her throat. "Where do you want to go for a date?"

"You will get to know tonight." Jungkook replied with a smile.

--Jungkook's Room--

YN looked at herself in the mirror and sighed. “I look so boring,” she said, turning to Jungkook, who was lounging against the wall beside the door. “What did you see in me?” She asked.

Jungkook met her gaze, a soft smile playing on his lips. “You’re anything but boring,” He replied, his voice steady. “It’s not just about looks; it’s your spirit, your kindness. You light up the room without even trying.” He paused, searching for the right words. “You might not see it, but you have a depth and a beauty that’s captivating.”

YN raised an eyebrow, unconvinced. “Really? You think so?”

“Absolutely,” He assured her. “Sometimes, it just takes someone else to remind us of our own worth.”

YN chuckled softly, the corners of her mouth lifting. “You sound like a philosopher,” She teased, her tone playful.

Jungkook laughed, shaking his head. “I’m no philosopher; I just speak the truth as I see it. But if it makes you feel better, I’ll gladly take on that title.”

YN took a deep breath, her expression shifting. “Let’s go! We have to come back home early.”

Jungkook frowned, puzzled. “Why? What’s the rush?”

YN squinted at him, her curiosity piqued. “What are you planning to do the entire night?”

“Yaah! I’m not planning anything that crossed your mind,” Jungkook protested, his tone a mix of annoyance and defensiveness. “I— I really just want to spend time with you.”

YN crossed her arms, raising an eyebrow. “Oh really? You sounded a little too defensive there. Are you sure there’s nothing else on your mind?”

Jungkook sighed, running his fingers through his hair, clearly flustered. “I mean it—I just want to enjoy the evening with you. There’s no hidden agenda, I promise.”

“Okay, I’ll believe you. Let’s go.” She turned and walked past him.

Jungkook followed her, shaking his head in disbelief. “She’s so unpredictable,” He muttered under his breath. “One minute she’s teasing, and the next, she’s serious." As he caught up to her, he couldn’t help but smile. “She is bipolar.” He muttered again.
