Jungkook gathered all the medications that the doctors had asked him to bring. As he made his way to the ward where Mia was, he heard Eva call out to him.

"Appa!" Eva released Taehyung's hand and dashed toward Jungkook.

Tears welled up in Jungkook's eyes as he knelt down, opening his arms wide for her. When she reached him, he enveloped her in a tight embrace, pressing a gentle kiss on her head. The warmth of the moment brought a rush of emotions, and he felt an overwhelming sense of love and relief to be with his daughter.

Eva breaks the hug and gently wipes Jungkook's tears away. "Don't cry, Appa. Eomma and Uncle Taehyungie saved me."

Jungkook looks at Taehyung, stands up, and says, "Thank you for your help."

Taehyung smiles and replies, "I would do anything for YN."

Jungkook rolls his eyes and asks, "Where is she?"

Taehyung chuckles and replies, "She's busy knocking some sense into the people who kidnapped your daughter."

Eva holds Jungkook's hand and adds, "Appa, Uncle Taehyungie is such a great fighter! He looked so cool while fighting with the kidnappers."

Taehyung smiles warmly and gently caresses Eva's head. "Your father is a great fighter too," he says, glancing at Jungkook with a smirk on his face.

Jungkook pokes his tongue into his cheek and replies, "I appreciate everything you've done. I will never forget your favor."

"I'll take my leave now," Taehyung says, giving a small nod.

Jungkook returns the gesture, slightly bowing his head in respect. "Thank you, once again."

As Taehyung walks away, Jungkook takes a deep breath, trying to steady his racing heart while holding Eva's hand tightly.

--Next Day--

--Jeon's Mansion--

"Hyung, YN still isn't home, and she's not answering my calls. Should I go to the police station?" Jungkook asked, his voice laced with concern.

Yoongi placed a reassuring hand on Jungkook's back and replied, "She's a cop, Jungkook. Police officers don't have fixed hours. You need to get used to this; sometimes, she won't even have time for herself."

Just then, YN walked into the mansion. She spotted Jungkook and Yoongi and approached them with a curious expression. "How is Eva?" She asked, her tone casual.

Jungkook turned to face her, relief flooding his features. "YN, why didn't you answer my calls? Are you okay?"

Both YN and Yoongi couldn't help but chuckle at Jungkook's anxious reaction.

"Yaah, Jungkookaa! YN is my sister, and she's very brave," Yoongi interjected with a teasing smile. "You should really ask her if she has hurt anyone else today!"

Jungkook chuckled, a hint of relief washing over him. "Yes, you're right! But by the way, who is that bastard who kidnapped Eva?" His tone shifted dramatically as he began discussing the kidnapper.

YN looked at Yoongi, her expression serious. "We caught everyone involved in the kidnappings of the children," She explained. Then she turned to Jungkook, her voice firm. "The person who instructed the kidnapper to target Eva was Minji-Mia's best friend."

Jungkook's blood boiled with anger at the revelation. "MIA!" He shouted, his voice echoing through the mansion. Almost immediately, Mia emerged from her room, a look of confusion on her face.
