"Aru? You were saying?" Mini waved her hand in front of her phone, while Brynne got angry at her biology project and periodically gulped down too much water.
"Yeah, sorry. So we went on our first date and-" Brynne spit out her water. "First date?" she yelled incredulously. Mini looked at Brynne in distaste. "First of all, ew. You could've choked on that water, not been able to breathe, then died, very slowly and painfully might I add. And second, it was bound to happen. I mean, they're both technically boyfriend and girlfriend after I got them together."
"You? Nuh uh. I totally got them together. I literally set them up."
"But I asked for them if they'd date eachother."
"Which was gonna happen anyways!"
"But not for another four to five years with the rate they were going at. That's way too long Bee."
"Whatever." she grumbled.
"Anyways-" Aru said before they both fought over who got them together again. "It was amazing. Like perfect. Well, except for the part where I got attacked by ducks."
Mini gasped. "Are you okay? You know, you could have contracted many diseases from them through transfer and died."Stop (a/n: look yall i got no sleep, like four hours worth, i couldn't even spell the word kit right in class the first two times and i literally won the spelling bee so sry i'm too lazy to look up what diseases you can get from having a fight with ducks. oop that sounded rude SORRYY i'm sleep deprived and my head hURTS:( but yeah imma just say that cos im laz so we'll act like mini said the whole thing on what diseases you can get, and a very graphic description on how you could die. yayyyy problem solved!)
Brynne just snorted, earning her a glare from Mini.
"I'm fine. And I'm 99% sure I didn't get any diseases. They earned their victory quickly and quite painfully. Anyways, it was literally amazing, we got ice cream and screamed along to music."
"Meaning Taylor Swift." Brynne rolled her eyes.
"Meaning, the music industry, aka, music." Aru shot back.
"Did Aiden pay?" Brynne asked a little threateningly, probably meaning there was only gonna be one right answer.
"Yes Bee, he payed."
"And you're sure he didn't yell at you or anything?"
"No. He was great."
She smiled, pleased. "Good."
Mini frowned. "Aru, is Kara not in your dorm?"
Aru looked down, a little guilty. "She went on vacation. Texted me when we got back from the trip. I think she's switching. Probably won't be talking to us again after, you know, the whole confessing-to-aiden-friend-zoning-kissing-her-roommate-two-seconds-later situation. Hehe. Sorry. Guilty. I was the roommate."
Brynne breathed a sigh of relief, while Mini's face twisted into confusion.
"That's so sad! I wonder if I can text her and say sorry or tell her she can still talk to the three of us if she wants or-"
"Mins I love you but please no." Brynne said.
"I'm friends with such heartless people." She put her pencil down, done with Aru and Brynne (for very good reason).
Just then, Aru got a text from Kara.
