An urge

A sudden message popped on the chatbox made everyone looked at the screen

"Tae,  my parents are thinking of my marriage. I don't know how to react to this thing. I knew these things gonna happen but this much early, I didn't knew. I am feeling scared. I don't want all this... , this marriage. I only want you if not then no one else. I am happy loving you from distance. If you aren't in my fate then it's okay.. but I don't want anyone other. I miss you right now so much. I am feeling so lonely... but just know I love you..".

"What are you thinking Tae" Rm said while looking at me but I just kept silent not knowing what to say or do.

I felt a hand on my shoulder as I looked at the hand owner, Jimin. he said "it's ok"

San's pov

Forced to get ready to meet the family, I wore a suit of  wine color. my hair in braids and with a kind of rude face, I walked out of the room.

"Behave like a girl" my mom said with a teasing face. but I took a deep breath not knowing what to say.
I am nervous is an understatement I am feeling like I am in fight or flight situation where I want to just run away from here too far but I can't cause my father's reputation is at stake. At least I have to pretend that I am interested in this which I am surely not.

We went to the park, where we were going to meet the family as my uncle and aunt joined us. CAUSE THEY ARE THE REASON  I AM HERE.

After sometime later as the family came, we all exchanged greetings and the main part came..

The boy's mother said "he is our son samarth"

My dad said "she is our San .

The boy's father said" So what are your qualifications San"

san's dad said '' she have now completed her master's  and now she is doing PhD"

The boy's mother nodded and said '' can she cook? '' My dad said '' yes, she is a good cook and loves to try different things ''

There San was standing like a statue, looking at her feets. She was anxious and nervous. She just want to run away. Her heartbeat gradually increase and her face turned red cause of anxiety and nervousness. After few more questions later the boy's mother asked if she can talk with the boy alone. her parents nodded and send  san with the guy.

As they went a little far from there parents they just stand there silently, no words exchanged until the guy said "well San you are looking beautiful '' San looked at him and smiled nervously and said ''t.thank you''

The boy said '' If you want to ask something, you can '' and she could not come up with something and asked," um what are your thoughts regarding a working woman? "

He said," I am very open minded regarding working woman and if u want I will ask my mom regarding that, she will most probably allow u to work."

San asked, " what about household work then..?"

He said," what about that? Are you asking you don't want to do household chores? "

San said," No..no.. I mean I will do but after tiring day at office I won't be able to do all. U know I mean, I may not be able of getting up early to do household  chores your mom too have to help me as my phd is still going on and then office. Are you getting my point."
He said,"It's fine." and gave her a small smile.

Yn said, " We won't be giving any dowry or anything. It includes everything. I will only take my important thin...."

He cutted her and said, " Umm I think we should go, they must be waiting." yn bited her lips and nodded lightly.

They went back to their parents as the boy's mother said" what you think of her samarth "

As he said" We Will tell later '' and same went on san and she replied the same....

As they returned to there home and changed their outfits..

Suddenly San's Dad's phone buzzed grabbing everyone's attention. her dad talked with the person and hung up..

Looking at San with burning gaze, he said '' What you talked with the guy''

San bited her lips and said''papa.. it's j-just that I - I may not be able to do everything so his mother have to help me and I won't accept Dowry things. ''

Her Dad said '' That's not what you meant. right? Do you have something else to share? ''

Pihu intervined and said''papa, she--'' but was cutted her mom signaled her with her eyes, warning her to stay silent.

yn said '' I explained my viewpoint clearly. he should have respected.--'' she shut her mouth as her gaze met with her father's burning one...

Her dad said '' these things should have talked politely, instead of talking things out like that ''

Pihu said '' If I am not wrong, papa he cutted her off during their first meet. that's unacceptable. ''

her mom rebuked Pihu and said '' ENOUGH!! ''

san's dad ignored Pihu and said '' you should have been more practical than talking these things out like a dumb which you already made of you.. you are  grown up now.. ''

'' papa '' yn tried to say something but her dad continued and said '' Now that they have cancelled this relationship cause of your talks, I expect you to not repeat it. ''

YN's eyes welled up as her dad's words cut deep. "You embarrassed us in front of their family."

Pihu stood up, defiance in her voice. "That's not fair, Papa. YN was just being honest."

YN's mom intervened, her tone firm. "Pihu, stay out of this."

YN's dad continued, "You'll do as we say, YN. No more of this nonsense."

YN felt trapped, her dreams and desires suffocating under her parents' expectations...

Taehyung's pov:

As I sat in my room with members around me, my fingers hovering over san's chatbox. hesitation etched my face..

'' Hyung should I reply to her''I asked seeking for guidance..

jhope expression turned more serious than before as he said'' Tae, we know you are emotionally invested in her but think of it. Is it really wise?''

I paused thinking what he said is right. as I said '' I know, right? but she needs me. ''

jungkook intervened, his voice laced with concern and confusion as he said '' why isn't it right, Hyung? if Tae Hyung msg her, no one will know and reading her chats we know she's struggling ''

Suga said''however if anything happens and anyone finds out,the consequences will be severe. we can't risk adding to San in trouble''

The room fell silent, each members lost in their thoughts..

Suddenly Jimin's energetic voice filled the room as he said '' GO LIVE, TAE''
