Chapter 19

DOUBLE UPDATE YAY

Lex's pov

I get into my dads car and we start driving home.

He parks in our driveway and we walk into the house.

I go up to my room and look in my closet. I look fine already so I don't think I'm gonna change. I still have about two more hours left so I just go on my phone while singing.

Time passes and I'm still bored so I take a few selfies and I post one of them on Instagram.

I get multiple likes and comments.

I'm feeling a bit hungry so imma go make pizza in the oven.

Putting the pizza in the oven, i look at the time and now I have to wait about 15 minutes. And I still have a whole hour and a half till I leave.

I sit on the island in the kitchen and check my phone. I see lots of people commenting something about dakota on my Instagram picture???

I unlock my phone and check my photo.

I see more and more people tagging Dakota and saying stuff like "HWHSJWBSHAJDJ" "AWWW" "GOALS" or "SO CUTE".

I look through the comments till I finally find Dakota's comment.

He put "imdakota: so gorgeous😍😍😍"

I can feel my cheeks heat up and I turn my phone off, checking on my pizza.

I still have time so I go through my phone again and wait till its done.

---hour and a half later--

I'm still in my kitchen because I'm too lazy to go up to my room and it's almost time to leave anyways.

Here I am still on my phone like any other teenager.

I hear knocking and quickly open the door revealing Bryce.

"How did you open the door so quick?"

"I was in the kitchen the whole time." I say smiling.

"Makes sense, are you ready to go?"

"Yeah let's go."

He leads me to his car and we drive off to the mall.

We park in the parking lot and walk inside. There's a huge amount of stores and I have no idea where to start.

"Okay where do you wanna start first?" Bryce says.

"You choose!" I say.

"I'm not choosing you do it!"

"Umm let's go tooooo that Nike store over there?"

"Sure!" He says.

We walk over to the store and I instantly see a lot of good looking guys.

Awh man I probably look terrible right now.

We walk into the store and start looking around. Bryce goes to the guy section while I go to the girl section.

I look around and see these running shoe I like. I carry them around and then find a Nike windbreaker jacket in black and white(these are really cute).

I debate on getting the shoes or the jacket.

The jacket looks cuter so I'm taking the jacket.

I go to the cash register and pay for it. After, I go looking for bryce.

I find him talking with this brunette.

Aww cute.

I walk over to him and look at the girl.

"TAE WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" I say while going in for a hug.

"ITS A MALL LEX OF COURSE IM GONNA BE HERE" she says giggling.

She has a point there.

I pull away and look at Bryce and Tae. They're look so cute together as a couple.

"Why are you smiling?" Bryce says.

"Because you guys would look cute together." I say.

They both turn red and I can see Tae smiling a little.

"Bryce I'm gonna go to other stores, call me when you're done shopping so that we can meet up." I say.

"Will do, See you later!" He says.

I walk away and go into American Apparel.

I pick out jeans and a few tops from there and go on to the next store.

Soon enough Bryce calls me after about 2 hours.

We tell each other where to meet up and I show up first and wait.

I see Bryce come walking with this cute guy. I've never seen him before.

They come closer and Bryce motions me to go to him.

I start walking to them and feel a little nervous.

"Lex, I'm gonna be taking my friend Christian with us and I'll drop him off to his house." He says pointing to the kid next to him.

He has hair similar to Bryce's except his is lighter. He has blue eyes and is really tall.

"Christian this is Lex, Lex this is Christian." Bryce says.

"Hi" I say awkwardly.

"Hey" he says back.

"Alright let's go." Bryce says.

We get into the car and I take the passenger seat and Bryce takes the driver seat.

Bryce and Christian start talking about random stuff and I really don't have a chance to talk to him.

"So which school do you go to again?" Bryce says.

" I go Charlotte valley high school, I got kicked out of the school you go to." He says chuckling.

"Wait really? I got kicked out of your school and I had to go to the school I'm going to now." I say looking back at him.

I got kicked out because I kept getting into fights with this annoying and rude blonde.

"You shouldn't have gotten kicked out we could've been friends if you stayed!" He says.

"I could say the same to you!" I say.

"We're here." Bryce says.

"Thanks for the ride man." Christian says getting out of the car.

"Anytime."

He walks into his house and Bryce drives me to my house.

"So Christian huh?" He says with a smirk.

"So Tae huh?"

He stays quiet.

"Is it okay if I give Christian your number?" He says.

"Yeah why?"

"Because I already gave him it..."

"What when?"

"At the mall while walking to the car, he asked me for it."

"Oh okay."

We get to my house and I open the car door.

"See you later Bryce!" I say.

"See ya!" He says back.

I walk into my house and he starts to drive away. I close my door and go to my room and change into comfy clothes and take my makeup off and brush my teeth. I walk to my bed and pull the covers over me and fall asleep.
