After After-party

I did not have a choice. Or more like, I did not have a say.

"Okay, so when was the last time you ever partied?" Tanong ni Almira.

We're on our way to the club where the after-party will be held. I just sighed.

"I don't party, Almira." I answered, or more like, reminded her.

"You guys, stop bickering already. We're here. And, Emmy, let's just enjoy tonight okay? We're here naman so you don't have to worry too much." Pag-aassure ni Ivan saakin. I just sighed and gave them a tight smile.

When we entered the club, the loud music banging the speakers welcomed us along with the designer friend of Almira.

"Hi Cece, congratulations!" Bati ni Almira. She hugged him and they conversed some more.

On the other hand, Ivan and I went straight to a table reserved for us.

"Are you gonna drink?" Tanong ni Ivan na lumapit sa tenga ko dahil ang lakas ng music.

"I think, pero siguro konti lang. Ikaw ba?" Tanong ko pabalik, we were shouting in each others ears the whole time. The music was so loud that it feels like people here aren't supposed to talk but just dance and drink instead.

"Nah, I'm driving you guys home. I'll have to stay sober." Paliwanag n'ya, he gave me reassuring smile. I just nodded.

I looked around and saw all of the models from the fashion show. Which made me wonder, is he here? It sure looks like this is his scene. 

Almira came to our table after talking with his friend. We ordered some drinks. Almira seemed so eager to get wasted tonight seeing she ordered a lot. It's still quite early, the club is not so packed yet. Pero I'm sure maya-maya ay sisikip na rin dito, kaya mabuting maaga kami para mayroon kaming spot. 

Kami lang dalawa ni Almira ang tumutungga sa Cuervo kaya medyo mabilis kami nalasing. It might also be because we are both tired kaya mas mabilis kaming nalasing. When I checked the time it was still 10:30PM. Pero compared to when we arrived, the club is now packed. My vision is also getting blurry. And the whole time we're here, I feel like someone's watching me. And I shiver at the thought. Pero patuloy parin ang pag abot ni Almira saakin ng alak. Maybe it's the alcohol but I just kept taking what she's giving me. The three of us were in our own world, I leaned on Ivan's shoulder because I already felt a bit dizzy. I felt him stiffen and pat my cheeks as if saying, 'It's okay, you can lean on me.'

Naiihi ako kaya I leaned to his ear and said, "CR lang ako, I'll be back." Bago pa man n'ya masabi ang kung ano mang sasabihin n'ya sana, Almira handed him a drink. I left them there and staggered to the CR, navigating my way through the sea of people in the dance floor. I can see the neon sign for the CR naman so I didn't have trouble finding it. The club is so packed that I felt like it's suffocating na.

My head is spinning already, it's crazy. I opened my purse to take out some mint after gargling some water. I threw up in the toilet and it felt so bad that I didn't notice that I was already crying. I haven't been able to drink like this in a long time.

I did my best to freshen up. Pero para paring umiikot ang mundo ko. I staggered going outside the CR as well. I was halfway across the dance floor when I felt hands snake around my waist.

"What the hell?" Singhal ko. "Can you get you hands off me?" I lifted my head only to see Simon's face. 

"No." He blatantly refused, not taking his eyes off me.
