Luke's POV
My family immediately fell for Becca as fast as I did. She made everyone, including me, laugh.
"I can't believe you haven't introduced your girlfriend before, I mean, you go on and on about her 24/7!" My dad commented.
"Oh we're not-"
"We're not a thing, we aren't dating," Becca finished.
My dad looked let down.
"That's unfortunate. You two look like a match made in Heaven!"
"Two peas in a pod, I like to say," my mom butted in. "But you two really would make a cute couple, it's a shame you don't like her that way."
"No no, it's not like I don't like her that way, because trust me, I do. It's just that I'm just-" I cut off my rambling realizing I practically confessed that I was deeply and madly in love with Becca in front of her and my family.
I received wide eyes from everyone; including myself. An awkward silence filled the room. Becca cleared her throat.
"Luke, I'd like to talk to you somewhere private, please." Oh, no. She's gonna break my heart.
She's going to tell me she doesn't share those same feelings. I'm going to be left broken hearted. I didn't want that.
"O-okay," I stuttered anxiously.
"Get some, Luke," one of my brothers, Ben, mumbled to me.
Then my mom hit him hard on his shoulder.
I followed Becca and she led me to my room. Once we reached inside, she locked the door and sat on my bed. She motioned me to join her, so I did.
"Luke-"
"No, don't say anything, I'm so sorry! It slipped out and if you don't have the same feelings, then it's okay I can deal with it and I'll marry someone else in life, it's okay!" I rambled quickly.
"Luke, its fine! I'm super glad you like me that way because...I..." Here comes the moment of truth. I could feel the smile starting to form on my face and I couldn't compress it. "I like you that way too."
I literally jumped for joy. I was so high on happiness that I gathered all confidence and pulled Becca in my arms before giving her the biggest kiss ever existed. Our lips seemed to have been created for each other. Our chapped lips just pressed together and my arms around her waist. Her skin touching mine. I loved it. It was like my drug. She was my drug.
"Do you regret that kiss?" Becca asked once we pulled away.
"Not one bit," I replied truthfully and I pulled her back in for another kiss.
Skylar's POV
I was with Michael (no surprise there) and we were discussing useless and sometimes weird things. Our conversation was then carried to a serious matter.
"We should tell the guys and Becca about us," I blurted out of the blue.
Michael gave me a look that seemed to ask if I was crazy.
"Are you being serious?" He asked in disbelief.
"Yes, of course, definitely! I don't care if we'll get picked on or ridiculed. I want to be open about our relationship. I really do care about you, Michael."
He seemed to be beside himself and had a face of concern and worry.
"I'm not so sure-"
"Michael!" I interrupted. "We're definitely telling them. No objections."
"But you asked me and I said no," Michael argued.
"Well, I didn't like your answer. So, does tomorrow sound good?" I asked.
He rolled his eyes and groaned as he fell back onto his couch.
"Fiiiiiinnnneeeeee," he moaned out.
I smiled at him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Thanks, Mikey!" I told him.
"Whatever. But at least give me a kiss on my lips," he said, puckering his lips up.
"Definitely," I replied, leaning over and placing my lips on his.
He smiled in satisfaction and closed his eyes, still grinning as he made a noise of appreciation.
"That was nice," he said before starting to drift off to a nap.
"I wanna nap with you," I whined and I cuddled up next to him.
"Gladly."
