Skylar's POV

The next day rolled around and Calum and Michael were let out of the hospital. I walked out, hand in hand with Calum and grins on our faces. Michael stood off to the side beside Ashton and Luke and Becca were behind us just poking each other repeatedly while saying "poke". I rolled my eyes. Sometimes they were very childish. Calum then intertwined our fingers together. I looked at him and gave him a small smile and he returned my smile with a bigger grin. It warmed my heart and sent butterflies erupting inside my stomach.

"So...this has been eventful, has it not?" Ashton asked out of the blue.

"It's been a rollercoaster since we met," Michael agreed.

"Exciting, possibly dangerous, but also the greatest thing that's happened," Becca said.

Everyone silently agreed. I looked at Calum again and he was already gazing at me with an easy smile. I squeezed his hand and he squeezed back.

"OTP," Becca and Luke whispered in unison.

Ashton giggled and Michael just grinned.

It was pretty much a lazy day for the rest of the time. Sitting on couches, hanging out, talking, watching movies, eating. It was perfect. Like a happy ending of a story. A calm ending. I buried my face into Calum's neck and yawned. He chuckled.

"You tired?" He asked.

I nodded and yawned again.

"Sleep, love."

I nodded again and fell asleep like that, my face hidden in the crook of Calum's neck.

When I woke up, my face was buried in my pillow. I looked around my room and I was in my room in Becca and I's shared apartment. I yawned and decided to get up and check my phone. No texts or calls from Calum or any of the guys. It confused me. I decided to text Calum to see if he was up yet, so I went to my text messages but I didn't see his name. Or Michael's name. Or any of them but Becca's. My eyes widened. I jumped up and ran to Becca's room. She was sitting there scrolling on her phone and she looked up at me with a worried face.

"Is something wrong, Skye?"

"I...do you remember a Luke? Or Michael or Calum or Ashton?" I asked frantically.

She shook her head, "I have no idea who those people are. Are they a band or something?"

I dropped to my knees and broke down sobbing. Becca got up quickly and ran to my side in concern.

"Skylar, what happened?"

"It...it was just a dream..."

"What was?"

I looked up at her with a saddened expression, "Everything."
