Separated Pt.4

Malia's POV

Kylie stayed with me for 3 weeks in Vancouver, I managed to get her to come to therapy with me and we set up a plan for when I go back to LA with her, obviously I was going to miss my family but it was necessary for me to go, not just for Kylie but for myself also. While in Vancouver we had started doing excursuses such as me leaving Kylie for a specific amount of time a day, we started at 10 minutes and then worked our way up to an hour, I had been researching about separation anxiety and it said to celebrate each step so every time Kylie could last for a longer time without me I'd get her ice cream.

"I can't believe your moving to LA" Kylie clings to me as we walk into the airport, we already checked in all our bags which wasn't that much because my Mom was going to bring all my stuff over once I decided on an apartment,

"Neither can I! I thought this big baby would stay at home forever" Ivory laughs,

"Shut up Ivory, I know your gonna miss me" I hug her,

"Maybe, but I am certainly glad for an excuse to go to LA" Ivory says,

"Okay very funny" I let go of her, 

"Aw my baby!" My Mom hugs me,

"Mommm" I groan and hug her back,

"Your growing up too fast" She says,

"Trust me I don't think you'll be getting rid of Ivory for a while" I laugh,

"Make sure you text me when you land okay?" She says,

"Of course I will" I smile,

"I love you, I'm so proud of you" She kisses my forehead,

"Love you too" I say,

"Kylie come here!" My Mom pulls her in for a hug,

"Thank you for having me Julia! Sorry for taking your daughter away" Kylie laughs,

"You girls stay safe and don't get into too much trouble" My Mom says,

"I'll try my best to tame Malia, but no promises" Kylie laughs and grabs my hand,

"Okay we should probably go now" I sigh,

"Remember to call me Malia, call me whenever you need me okay?" She says,

"Yes Mom I will" I hug her one last time and say my final goodbye,

"You know you don't have to do this right?" Kylie squeezes my hand,

"Kylie I want to do this" I smile and we walk to our gate, we board the plane and Kylie of course has booked us first class seats next to each other but Kylie ends up sitting on mine with me anyways, 3 hours later we land in LA. 

"I'm so happy that you're here" Kylie smiles as we get off the plane,

"So am I" I peck her lips,

"Lets go get our bags" Kylie grabs my hand and skips through the airport,

"KYLIE!! MALIA!!" Someone screams, we both whip our heads around to see Ruby and Josh with all our bags,

"We missed you guys!!" Ruby hugs the two of us,

"Malia how you feeling LA girl!" Josh hugs me,

"I'm so excited" I laugh,

"Ky I missed you girl!" Josh hugs Kylie,

"Thanks for getting our bags" I say, 

"It's all good girl" Ruby laughs,

"Well let's go, your uber awaits!" Josh says and we go to his car,
