Sorry for the long wait, I couldn't think of what to write and then binged a new series on Netflix and Yada yada

Also, anyone have ideas for kid names, 2 boys and a girl
I cant think of any

Alastor sat there beside lucifer holding his hand, its been a week now since arriving at the hospital and the kids were showing massive signs of improvement, lucifer was still unconscious and resting which was starting to worry the doctors and Alastor some. He hasn't slept since they have arrived, and currently had dark bags under his eyes, his hair was all over the place instead of its neat comb job he normally does. And he hasn't really eaten much besides a few things from the vending machine, he just wanted lucifer to wake up right now.
Lucifer laid there on the bed, everything was dark and fuzzy and his middle section hurt. Rolling his head to the side with a groan, he heard some quick shuffling beside him and felt someone grabbing his hand now, slowly opening his eyes it took a second for everything to clear up, and he was met with a red pair staring back at him.
"...Alastor?" He asked softly and a bit confused, he watched as Alastors face instantly softend and moved to one of relief and joy as he leaned down and hug him
"Your awake!" He said happily, his ears were perked straight up and his tail was wagging furiously underneath his coat before he leaned up and kisses him on the lips, Alastor was a little taken back when it wasn't returned at first before he moved back.
"S..sorry..things are just a bit...fuzzy Al" he said as he put a hand on his head. Everything was fuzzy and it was taking a bit for things to return, the night of it all came back to his head as a hand slid down to his now flat stomach, before he quickly looked up at Alastor.
"Where are the kids!"
"Hey hey...they are alright calm yourself love, I dont want you passing out again" he said as he grabbed his hands.
"Whats the last thing you remember"
Lucifer sat there thinking for a second. He was being flown to the hospital by Vaggie and Husker and there wasn't really any pain in his body, it's just didn't feel right, something was wrong and he knew it, landing on the ground he was helped inside and being the king of hell himself went right past the waiting line and was taken to a room where they instantly started to examine him and run test and everything.
"You was right my king...something is not right, there is no pulse or anything on the babies, we need to get them out now" Lucifer had zero cares of what happened to him at the moment. He wanted his kids to be safe and that's all that mattered.
"Do whatever you need to. Get my kids safe" he said before the doctor nodded.
"Prep lab 1, I need a staff and supplies, and get him knocked out" he said.
Lucifer looked up at Alastor now.
"I...that's the last thing I remember..how are the kids..I..what happened to my babies" he asked while grabbing alastors hands, seeing the worried look on his face Alastor gently squeezed back.
"They are safe love...you did good, they was brought in early to this world, placed in critical Icu and one went into cardiac arrest...I nearly teared through the staff trying to get to him, but Rosie stopped me" he said as he squeezed his hand little tighter.
"Then...the doctor came back out and..I could tell by the look something was wrong..he...came up and asked if I wanted to say my...goodbyes.." he felt lucifer grab his hand more.
"Y..you...told me they was all safe!"
"They are! I promise they are...as I moved to the kid and grabbed his hand, his stats picked up and he came back...I stayed with him for the rest of the day and the entire night..never once did I leave our sons side" he said as he leaned up and kissed lucifers forehead.
"Dont....ever scare me like that again" he said as he rested his forehead on lucifers.
"I thought I knew what fear was..I was going out of my mind in that waiting room, Unsure if I would ever get to hold my kids...or you again, please...don't put me through that again. I dont think I could handle it anymore after this week"
"Al..." he said softly as he leaned up bringing their lips together as he kissed his husband who had clearly been through hell.
"Your not getting rid of me that easy and our kids are as strong as they come..I love you"
"Love you to"
"Did you say a week?" Lucifer asked after a moment.
"I did...you've been out for a week, you was starting to worry us"
There was a knock on the door and they both turned to see the doctor there.
"Ah your awake..you must have sensed them coming"
Lucifer tilted his head a bit confused before gasping softly as his eyes opened as he seen the cribs wheeled into the room.
"M .my kids!' He said as he shifted and sat up some on the bed.
"Ca..can I...hold them?"
"I wouldn't be bringing them in here if you couldn't..Alastor is it?" Al nodded at this.
"Care to do the honors?" He asked as Al got up from the bed and moved over to them, he reached down and carefully picked up a little girl wrapped in a pink bundle, it was one thing to grab their hand or something, but to actually get to hold them, who thought his heard was going to explode with joy, looking down at the little girl, it was clear that she took strongly after Alastor, white/tannish skin tone with his bright red hair and the deer ears. Lucifer watched from the bed as Alastor stared at the girl in his arms, he wanted to hold his kids as well...but the look on Al's face was worth the short wait as he was soon handed the little girl.
"Awww....look at this adorable little lady" he coed out, having major flashbacks to when Charlie was born. After a minute lucifer laid there holding all 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl, one boy was more like lucifer with blonde hair and no ears or anything. And the other was a mix of red and blonde hair intertwined with ears and a tail. As he laid there holding them and Alastor was leaned over the bed touching their foreheads together as they looked at their kids.
"We did good"
Charlie and everyone was in the waiting room after getting a text from Alastor saying Lucifer finally woke up, she looked up to see Alastor walking over to them, they all got up to their feet and moved over to him.
"How is he"
"How are the kids"
"Can we see them"
"Hey...one at a time please, yes he is OK, yes the kids are doing just fine, and yes we can go see them" he said before he turned around and led them up to room 405, walking in he heard a little gasp from Charlie.
"You didn't tell us the kids where here!"
"You never asked" he replied with a small chuckle before watched her dart over to the bed.
"Have you named them yet?"
"We....have not yet" he said looking at Alastor now. As the doctor walked back in.
"So, you have woken up and the kids are doing good, so there's nothing keeping you here anymore if you'd like to go home?"
Alastor looked at Lucifer and smiled.
"Let's go home love"
