Changing with times

Do apologize if the story doesn't flow together the greatest and appears more like short one shots per chapter. Thinking about finishing the book and then using it as a layout and re-writing it when I get better.

Waking up in the morning was a mixture of delightful feelings and memories and also a painful reminder as his bottom was sore and made moving around even a hard task as he let out a soft groan while shifting in the bed.
"If you're gonna complain, then do so quietly... some of us are trying to sleep," the alastor said with a smile and heard lucifer huff out some in annoyance.
"Well, if someone wasn't so rough with me last night...showed no mercy,"
"You told me to do my worst... and I did just that," He said with a proud smirk as lucifer snuggled up closer to Alastors chest.
"And I loved every second of it," he said with a smile as he leaned up and kissed Alastor, who returned it

Over the next couple of weeks, they did it a few more times and were growing closer and closer together. Lucifer was fixing his relationship with his family and finally getting out of his stages of depression. I'm only having a couple of episodes here and there.

The door opened up on Rosie's shop and looked up her fave light into a smile.
"Alastor! It's been too long!" She said as she left her counter and moved over to the infamous radio demon before giving him a hug. One of the few people that was permitted physical contact with him.
"What brings you by here again?" she said as he let go of him.
"I was here just a couple of days ago, my dear?"
"Potatoe patatoe. Can't blame me for missing a friend, you know how much I missed you when you left 7 years ago?" She said with a smile.
"Can we talk privately?" He asked and watched as Rosie nodded and left him to a back room and shut the door.
"Whats on your mind?"
"So... you remember a while back when I asked you for a spot to date someone on a date."
"Of course I do...oooo you gonna finally tell me who it is?" She asked as she leaned across the table some.
"Its....well..the king of hell...Lucifer morningstar" he said with a light blush as it's the first time he's openly admitted being involved with lucifer, only to hear laughing and looked at Rosie and tilted his head to the side.
"That's a good one, Al," she said as she laughed before it slowly died off seeing him just looking at her confused.
"Your...not kidding are you?" She said as he shook his head before gasping some.
"O..oh...I...congratulations then?" She said as the questions were now piling up. Seeing the look on her face, he gave her a rundown on how they met and ended up falling for the king.
"And that brings me to...my reason I came here...I...want to propose to him," he said as Rosie's eyes widened at hearing this.
"I..yo...I never thought I would ever hear you say those words," she said as she was truly astonished.
"I know...it's quite a leap for me but, I know he's the one..I cant stand to be away from him for long periods of time, and when he's near me I feel complete" he said as he started to ramble off stuff he loved about lucifer. Seeing the look in his eyes, she knew the signs, and after hearing him talk, it only confirmed her feelings.
"I just hope he says yes," he said softly. She smiled as he came here seeking advice again.
"If you love him as much as you do. And he loves you back then don't worry about it, all you'd do is put yourself into a tail spin circling the drain with worry, take the leap and everything will be alright" she said as he nodded listening to her.
"I do hope you're right...I don't think I would do well with a denial," he said with a light laugh. While he was there they chatted for a while and he picked up his usual order of food to have at the hotel, he soon left and made another stop to pick out a ring and smiled as he found a perfect set, there was a pure silver band with a golden duck engraved into the top...coincidence that it was a duck wedding ring in cannibal..perhaps, was Alastor complaining..no, it made his job so much easier, he was prepared to spend a great deal of time hunting down rings. He purchased the bands, and as he thanked the person, he looked up to see Vaggie walking in and freezing as she saw Alastor there.
"...Vaggie," he said as he moved the bag behind himself.
"....Alastor" there was a bit of silence between them.
"Here for Charlie?" He asked and watched as she nodded slowly before asking her own question.
"You here for lucifer?" Alastor replied with his own nod.
"Would...you want any help?" He asked, which did surprise Vaggie a little. Even though they had managed to get much closer over the past month, it was still a little weird at times.
"I think I can manage..but thank you though, promise you won't tell anyone?"
"As long as you keep my secret safe as well, then yours is safe with me," he said as Vaggie smiled some and nodded at this.
"I can do that...Goodluck with yours Al" he smiled and nodded as he left the store now heading to the hotel, he went inside and put the food away he got from Rosie's before turning around and seeing lucifer holding something behind his back as he walked over.
"Hello, my dear."
"Hey Bambi, you have a good day?" Alastor smiled and rubbed the kings blonde hair, some making lucifer smile.
"It has just gotten much better,"
"Good...so i.. got you something," he said as he moved his hand around, showing a small red box and Alastors breath caught in his throat.
"Im... not sure if this is the thing that would inter..."
"Yes!" Alastor blurted out, making the king stop and stare at him, confused before smiling.
"That's great! I'll show you how to work it and everything, it may take some time but I'm sure you'll come to love it!" He said as he handed Alastor the box.
"My dear. I will love and cherish every moment with you and.....and what the hell is this?" He asked as his facial expression changed as he opened the box, revealing a thin device with a black screen... This isn't what he thought it was. He picked it up and looked at it, seeing Samsung etched on the back of the case.
"It's a smartphone!" Lucifer said with a smile. This went a lot easier than he thought it was going to. He had arguments and counter comebacks ready and everything.
