Aeo sighs deeply and chops at some veins. Of course he had to be separated from the group. The temple isn't far ahead now, he's hoping that the other's were able to find each other and safely make their way there.

He chops another bush down, the temple finally in view. It's just down this absurdly massive hill. Another sigh escapes his lips. Alright, better hurry up or he'll get left behind.

"Man it sucks without Boe." He mutters under his breath. Hopefully his brother will wake up soon. A bird swoops low in front of Aeo, the eyes are pure white so it must belong to one of the gods. That means it's a watcher, one of the many ways they watch the challenge.

Aeo scoffs, "I hope you enjoy watching me chop at bushes." He mutters under his breath. The bird doesn't stay long before flying away. Considering the direction it went, it's possible someone's there.

"Alright, be useful." He mutters and turns to follow the little bird. Hopefully to a friend and not Carver or Verace. But when have the gods ever been kind to him? Aeo scoffs, right. Never.

. . . . .

Riley storms away from Felix. The minor god quickly grabbed a better hold over Blake, the sudden addition of weight putting more strain on him. "Riley. Can you chill out please?" She scoffs and starts walking up the steps to the temple.

It's tall and pointed at the top. Almost like a pyramid. "Now really isn't the time to be arguing." Aelius sets Verace down on the bottom stairs.

"Of course you say that. You don't have Felix up your ass twenty-four seven." The pink haired god rolls his eyes and sets Blake down next to Verace.

"You're the one who can't get a grip on anything, Riley." Riley turns around quickly and glares at him. "We told you that we would handle Carver and Verace. It's not safe for a demi-god to fight Minor gods. You could have gotten seriously hurt if Carver hadn't left like that."

Felix has a point. But what else was Riley supposed to do? Sit there and watch Verace bite Aelius' shoulder off? And it's not like Blake was able to defeat Carver either.

"Riley. If you want to be a team then we need to have trust." Aelius offers with a sad look in his eyes.

"As if the daughter of Zeus could lower herself to trust us." Felix scoffs and crosses his arms over his chest. "You talk all that stuff about wanting to change the rules, but when it comes down to it you can't actually do anything. You can't fight, you hardly know how to use your gifts, you know nothing about Olympian ways or the people you're trying to help." He motions to Oran and the twins.

"You don't know squat about them, they're the ones you're trying so desperately to protect right? You aren't actually doing anything but talking." He's right.

Riley's not good at these things like they are. "How about you just leave the fighting and stuff to us." Aelius sends a scolding look at Felix. The latter god turning away in frustration. She sighs and looks up at the temple.

"Fine. Alright. I trust you guys." Felix glances at her from the corner of his eye. He shifts from foot to foot, now having everyone's gaze on him.

"Whatever. Help me carry Blake up these stupid stairs." A smile spreads across Riley's lips. She does as asked, the love god now staring at her with an unreadable stare. When she raises a brow he looks away.

"The suns gonna set soon. We best hurry." Everyone agrees and begins the painfully long walk up the stairs.

By the time they reach the top everyone's out of breath and the sun is now setting in the distance. Felix and Aelius work on making a fire by the entrance with the wounded while Riley decides to adventure a little.
