Emilia's POV

Ethan and I sat with James and Jamie on the decking as they spent time playing with their toys.

"Okay, kids. Time to pay Joy a visit," I called.

They jumped around in excitement. They loved being around Joy. We made them understand that they were siblings and no matter what happened, they would always be. Sometimes when Elsa was too busy, she would bring Joy to stay with us and the kids for many days. She felt loved from every corner.

We gathered their toys and set out for Tony's house.

"My little folks!" Tony exclaimed. "You should bring them here every weekend, E. They need that bonding."

"If that's what you want, then I can't say no."

Elsa walked downstairs. "My adorable babies. Em, you need to feed these humans more."

"They're gonna get too fat."

"Exactly."

"They're your kids. You do as you like," I held Ethan's hand, "I'll head out with Ethan for a bit."

"Lunch's ready. You should eat before you go."

After lunch, we left James and Jamie with Joy.

"Kidnapping me again?"

I shrugged. "You used to do that back in college. Oh, I'll drive."

I wanted us to take a walk in a street I discovered two months back.

"Your wish, my command."

It was a ninety-minute drive from Tony's home. When we arrived, I let out a loud breath. "Finally."

"You didn't have to come this far for a walk."

"Trust me baby, it's worth it. This is gonna be a special walk for me."

He looked puzzled but shrugged. "Let's start then."

We walked down the very quiet street. It was autumn and leaves were everywhere on the street. Our walk was silent, but Ethan spent most of his time looking around.

"Are you confused?"

"No. It's just, I feel like I know something about this place."

The further we walked, the more Ethan walked ahead of me. At a given moment, he started running.

"Ethan? Wait."

When I reached him, I held his hand. He only kept looking around.

"You know where this is?"

I shook my head.

"How did you find this place?"

I shrugged.

"No way."

"What's wrong?"

He scanned the area and we found a bench to sit on.

"Do you remember the dream I explained to you when I gave my life to Christ?"

I tried thinking. Nothing came to mind.

"About being teleported to heaven in a painting?"

"Oh yeah. The guy who gave you the painting."

"This is the street I saw in that trance."

I widened my eyes in realisation. I tried to map my imaginations with what he explained that day and the correspondence was relatively high. He woke up and started walking again. It was then that I knew that he was looking for the shop down street.
