Narinder arrived at the large, closed door of the Temple of Hunger, his eyes shining with determination as the thick atmosphere of Anura enveloped him. Before him, the air became heavy and dense, as if something dark and corrupt awaited beyond. Narinder felt the power of hunger manifesting, Heket's influence permeating every corner of that place. He knew he was about to face one of his most fearsome creatures.
The fog cleared, revealing Eligos, a monstrous and corrupt creature. A giant toad with disgusting green skin and bat-like wings that kept it floating above the ground. Its body seemed covered in ichor, a thick black substance that dripped constantly, corrupting everything it touched. Its bright red eyes were fixed on Narinder, and its huge mouth filled with sharp teeth opened in a grotesque smile.
The confrontation began without further ado. Eligos roared loudly, filling the air with a deafening echo as it flapped its wings and charged into the attack. Narinder, with his claw ready and the crown resonating in his mind, dodged the first blow, leaping to the side. Eligos, with impressive agility for its size, moved quickly around the room, also dodging Narinder's strikes.
After a few moments, Eligos released a cloud of red flies that began to fill the room, buzzing around Narinder, seeking to weaken him. Unfazed, Narinder channeled his aura of death, creating a dark field that disintegrated the flies on contact, protecting himself from the plague. However, Eligos took that moment to move to a corner of the room, and with a fierce roar, began to gather energy.
Narinder felt the air vibrating around him, the corrupt energy of Eligos becoming denser with every passing second. Then, in the blink of an eye, Eligos launched itself at him, firing projectiles along its path. Narinder reacted quickly, jumping and spinning in the air, dodging the projectiles with lethal precision. However, Eligos was relentless, changing direction at the last second to try to ram Narinder.
The impact was brutal. Eligos crashed into the ground, creating a shockwave of ichor that covered the room. Narinder, though hit, stood firm, his crown shining with dark power as he channeled the energy of death to resist the poison Eligos was trying to spread. With a grunt of effort, Narinder lunged his claw toward Eligos, trapping the monster in a firm grip.
Eligos roared in pain and frustration, flapping its wings and trying to free itself, but Narinder gave it no chance. With a decisive movement, he drove the scythe deeper into the creature's body, absorbing its corrupt energy and breaking its resistance. The bat-toad let out one last scream before crumbling into a cloud of black dust.
Eligos's body disintegrated, leaving behind a brilliant tear of god floating in the air. Narinder took it. Another victory in his crusade against Heket.

Narinder appeared at the center of the cult, surrounded by the familiarities of his territory. Despite the stillness of dawn and the tranquility enveloping the place, a sense of fatigue weighed heavily on his shoulders. He had expended a considerable amount of energy facing Eligos, and although his body didn't need it, his mind cried out for rest.
With heavy steps, he walked toward his house, completely ignoring the few cultists who still wandered or worked silently under the moonlight. All he wanted was to fall into his bed and sleep late, something unnecessary for his divine nature, but something he deeply craved at that moment.
When he opened the door to his house, the unexpected presence of his brother made him stop. There, in the middle of his personal sanctuary, stood Leshy, which only worsened Narinder's exhaustion and frustration.
"Get out of my house," Narinder growled, his voice low but filled with irritation. "I'm too tired to deal with you."
Leshy, instead of leaving, approached, his step firm and determined despite his blindness.
