A heart that races quickly
May end up bleeding badly.
A story that started beautifully
May have its ending tragically.
Low, cold whisper of the wind
Kisses my bare skin gently
Reminding me this is temporary.
And will remain only in memory.
A thunder of an untamed emotion
Hit me like a storm in motion.
The peaceful surface is now gone
All because of this confusing emotion- a fleeting one.
Like a firefly in the dark
This will fade as light comes up.
Like a star in the vast cosmos
This will only lose it's spark.
Fleeting feelings they say
Aren't achored on a stormy day.
Waves of new feelings willl wash it away.
Afterall, you aren't meant to stay.
Fading feeling caused thousands of tears.
Shallow, fading emotions will have me in fears.
Deep, confusing stares will have me in despair.
Please do not destroy me beyond repair.
Dreams are meant to stay as dreams
Love, a word deeper than you think.
Mistook it for a fleeting feeling
You'll see me in my downfall in just a blink.

I fell for someone whom i shouldn't love. I'm afraid yours are only fleeting while mine has now completely ruled my system. You took love lightly, but mine goes way more deeply. Tama ba na mahalin ka? Tama bang gawin to? After all, kaibigan mo lang naman ako.
