Zsanira POV
I knelt in front of her and brushed her fur.
"You better eat plenty, Minmin." I said, looking into her eyes as I scratched the bottom of her chin.
"You're getting chubby, lucky you still have the appetite to eat." I continued, talking to her as if she might actually respond.
"Meow." I chuckled as she responded, her whiskers twitching up and down.
"I'm sorry for keeping you at Kael's house. There's a kid who's allergic to you, baby." I said, picking her up when I noticed she had finished all her cat food.
I pointed one of my fingers at her nose and gently pressed it. "Too bad Kailey is allergic to you. I really wanted to introduce you to her." I couldn't help but smile at that thoughts without realizing that my smile grew bigger and bigger.
Shit, what am I thinking?
I shook my head and pressed my lips together, trying to suppress the smile. I just looked at Minmin, who lay contentedly on my lap, completely relaxed as I rubbed her belly, making her yawn.
"Aww, you're so cute. You just finished eating, and you're already sleepy," I said with a smile.
I placed her on her mat and opened the curtains in my room. The warmth from outside immediately touched my skin, blinding me a little. I squinted my eyes slightly and stretched my back a bit.
"Argh, this is so boring! I'm completely different when I'm not at the Academy." I walked over to the small balcony between the glass walls of my room. Once outside, I took a deep breath of fresh air and looked at the lifeless surroundings.
"Semestral break is so annoying," I said, rolling my eyes.
With slumped shoulders, I returned to my room and flopped down onto my bed.
I grabbed my phone, which was just beside me, and decided to scroll through my social media.
I almost forgot that I still had social media accounts.
I went to my Facebook and was immediately surprised by the number of people who followed me. My profile is locked, yet so many people are still sending requests and messages. It's so annoying.
A little while later, I found myself going to the search bar and typing Kailey's name. I suddenly stopped when I realized what I was doing. Is this considered stalking? But I know her. I just want a quick glance at her profile.
When I found her profile, I clicked on the first one that showed up. She's active, her profile is also set in public. She has a lot of followers too, and she recently updated her profile picture. It's the one where she's in a pageant.
I scrolled down further and clicked on the comment section. My eyebrows furrowed when I saw that the comments were also very recent.

Replied: Thank you so much!❤️My forehead creased when I saw that there was even a heart emoji at the end of the comment. Why does she need to add that? A simple "thank you" would've been enough, or better yet, just say nothing at all.

Replied: JGH heheJGH? What does it mean? I have a master's degree in education, but I've never encountered this abbreviation before. Am I getting rusty because it's semestral break?
