Eagle

After the whole family left the house except Off who stayed in his office, Offroad was left alone
he tried to enter the room where Boun and Prem were sleeping last night

He didn't know why but he suspected that maybe everyone's mood was related to the fact that Prem was back although he didn't understand why they looked depressed and nervous it was a good thing that Prem was back

He hesitantly opened the door and was debating whether to go in, but steps from further down the hall made him startled and enter

"Oh right how could I forget about the guests" Offroad muttered to himself as he heard Drake and Ellen talking

He waited quietly for them to pass and then looked around the room

The bedding was messy and full of clothes on the floor

"Nothing new" Offroad tried to ignore the package of condoms that was lying open on the table

"But what is it?"  He looked at the small dresser next to the bed that had a garment full of clotted blood on it

He got closer and saw a bullet near

He picked up the bullet and saw an eagle symbol on it and tried to remember where he had seen it before without success

"Why do they have a bullet in the room? And why is the shirt soaked in blood??"

He tried to remember if he saw a sign of a wound on Boun or Perm but they looked perfectly fine, Prem was a bit pale but he assumed it was because he hadn't seen much sun

He continued to search the room but found nothing suspicious so he left

"What were you doing there?"  Winn was standing outside

"I was looking for Boun" Offroad lied with an innocent smile

Win looked at him suspiciously but moved on and Offroad breathed a sigh of relief

He opened the phone and tried to call Daou again but the call went to voicemail once again and Offroad started to worry

"I'll just go check on him and I'll be back soon" Offroad decided

He went back to the room and arranged the bed so that it would look like he was sleeping in case someone came in and then left the house

He ordered a taxi and was at the door of Daou's apartment fifteen minutes later

"Daou?"  Offroad knocked on the door and waited for an answer

He panicked that something might have happened to him and took a pin that was stuck in his pants to break the door

After a few tries the door gently opened and Offroad hesitantly stepped inside

He closed the door and then noticed all the weapons on the table and took a step back in panic

"What's going on here?!"  He was afraid to breathe

"He'll be fine in a few days" Daou's voice was heard from the corridor and Offroad looked for a place to hide and went into the bathroom he took one of the weapons on the way

"He survived an abdominal injury" another voice was heard next to him

"Yes, he is tough, thank you for helping him Phi Sean" Daou spoke once more and they had already entered the apartment

"What about the boy he wanted you to check on?"

"I didn't go today I was with my dad all morning"

Offroad looked at the weapon he took and saw the mark of the eagle he flinched and accidentally dropped the weapon that made a noise

"Who is this??"  Daou shouted and Offroad heard the sound of guns being loaded

Footsteps approached the room and Offroad stood ready to aim the weapon if someone opened the door
