GEORGE POV

I had to walk off, I forgot how bad the bruising was. I walked to the kitchen and got some water. Her middle half was literally a bruise, she only had a small torso as it was.

Max and Charles joined me, "Hey, you okay?" I handed them the water jug. "Yeah, I just forgot how bad it was, then everything flooded back, you know?" Max nodded. "It just shocked me, that's all." I looked over as Lando, walked passed. He looked pissed off. "Mate, you okay?" He looked at me. "You've seen the state of that bruise, do you think I'm okay? The woman I love lost her baby, because of me." He walked off with a tear in his eye.

Lucy wasn't chasing him, I looked out the window and couldn't see her, I ran out, she was coughing and had a red mark on her head. "Max!" He ran over and we pulled her out by her arms. She sat on the floor coughing up water. "Did Lando do this?" Max asked. She shook her head.

"I tried climbing out, I hit my head and passed out, I wasn't strong enough. I'm sorry." I breathed a sigh of relief. "Don't apologise, you're still healing. What happened with Lando?" She looked away. "He doesn't want me anymore, he said it was a mistake." My heart hurts for her. "He's just hurt, he doesn't mean it." She looked cross, "He's hurt? What about me? Look at what he's done! The reason I couldn't pull myself out, is because I was too weak, by what he caused! He blocks me and leaves me with no explanations, he cheats." She took a few breathes. "He doesn't have the right, to be hurt."

I offered her my hand to stand up. "George, I want to go home." I nodded. "Off we go then." I smiled. "No, I want you to stay here." I shook my head. "I'm not leaving you, not ever, I told you." She smiled. "Can you get my bags please? I don't want to see Lando." I kissed her head. "Of course I can, and we're getting you straight to a hospital when we get back." She nodded.

I went to her room and picked a fresh set of clothes and her suitcase. As I walked in, Lando stared at me, I picked her things up. "What are you doing?" He asked, he'd been crying. "She's leaving." He stood up. "What? Why?" I looked at him. "Because you don't want her, Lando. She wants to go home, she doesn't want to see you." He stepped back. "I didn't mean it like that, I just meant us getting back together was a mistake, because I just hurt her." I put my hand on his shoulder. "Mate, doing this hurts her." He sat on the bed. "I do love her, George. But I think, that's why I have to let her go." I nodded. "If that's your choice." I walked back over and packed her clothes. "I need to say bye." He said.

We walked out, she was playing piano with Charles and she was singing, my god did she have an amazing voice. She was singing "Arcade" you could tell she was feeling it, but then again it's a song about love being a losing game.

"That's really good, Lu." She turned to me with a smile, "Thank you George...Lando?" Her smile dropped. He looked at her. "What's happened to your head?" He asked. She stood up from the piano. "You happened, I tried following you, I wasn't strong enough yet to lift my weight, I hit my head and went under." "Moo, I'm sorry." She started to cry. "For what? The miscarriage? This? Us? Taking me to meet your family? Cheating? Leaving me all the time? Never wanting me? Shall I continue?" He shook his head. "I'm sorry." He walked back into the room.

She started after him, then stopped. She looked at me, "Let's go George." She walked off, "You carry her, I'll take the bags." Max said. I nodded and handed him the bags. We ran after her, picked her up, carrying her bridal style.

We got to the plane, I put her down and Max loaded her bags. "Please let me know when you get there." Max said. He gave us a hug. He held Lucy's head. "He's an idiot okay? You just get some rest, I do love you Lucy, as you already know. I need to know you're safe. I promise I won't tell him anything about you." She nodded and gave him a kiss. "I love you too Max, bye." She made her way up the steps. "I'll come visit you before China."

I got her a pillow, she took the window seat, I sat next to her. "You wanna talk?" She shook her head. "You want to go to sleep on me?" She nodded. We reclined the seats. She laid her head on my chest, her hand under her head. I put my arm around her and took a photo. She's the most precious thing, how could anyone not want her?"

I sent the photo to the groupchat. 'She's out like a light. I'll let you know when we land.' I put my phone away, enjoying her laying on me.
