As dawn broke, the soft light filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow across the room where Jiwon and Joshua lay intertwined. The air was thick with the lingering scent of their respective perfumes, a comforting reminder of the night they had shared. Slowly, they stirred awake, the world outside still cloaked in morning calm.
With a playful smile, Jiwon suggested they make waffles and iced tea for breakfast. The kitchen soon filled with the delightful aroma of freshly cooked waffles, golden and fluffy, while the iced tea was brewed, its cooling essence promising a refreshing start to the day. After their breakfast, Joshua began to pack his belongings, a hint of reluctance in his movements.
"Wait, here's a mask, and these are my black glasses," Jiwon instructed, her tone turning slightly serious as she handed him the items. "Make sure you take the back exit. Don't walk; take a cab," she added, her eyes narrowing slightly with concern. Joshua nodded, appreciating the gravity of her words as he observed her earnest expression.
"Now go! Cheol's going to kill you!" Jiwon exclaimed, playfully pushing him toward the door. Joshua chuckled, a warm laugh that echoed through the apartment, filling the space with a sense of lightness. "Come on, you were so eager to have me over last night," he teased, his playful banter contrasting with her serious demeanour. "We don't talk about that," Jiwon retorted, her cheeks flushing slightly as she swatted playfully at him.
Leaning down, Joshua pressed a gentle kiss on her cheek, his lips lingering for a moment longer than necessary. "I'll see you," he whispered into her ear, sending a shiver down her spine as he slipped on the mask and sunglasses. With a final wave, he opened the door, the soft click of it closing behind him resonating in the quiet room. Jiwon stood there for a moment, stunned, her heart racing wildly and butterflies fluttering in her stomach. She shook her head, trying to dispel the dreamy feeling that enveloped her.
After a long, soothing bath, Jiwon made her way down to the lobby of her apartment complex, where a sleek black car awaited her. As she slid into the back seat, an unsettling sensation washed over her as if she were being watched. She brushed off the feeling, focusing instead on the performance she was about to give at MBC that evening.
Upon arriving at the venue, the air was electric with excitement, filled with the eager shouts of fans who had gathered to show their support. Jiwon felt a rush of delight, giddy anticipation bubbling within her as she made her way through the bustling corridors to the dressing area. Tonight, she was set to perform three songs from her latest mini album: Street Jazz, Stargirl, and Skateboard. Each song carried its unique energy, and Jiwon was determined to deliver an unforgettable performance.
Dressed in a stylish grey cropped hoodie layered over a sleek black tank top, she completed her look with a black Celine hat and Gucci cargo pants, perfectly embodying the laid-back yet chic aesthetic of her music. Her grey high-rise Jordans added a touch of flair, complemented by her natural makeup that highlighted her striking features.
