The night was cloaked in shadows as Dabi and I made our way through the back alleys of the city, avoiding the busy streets where curious eyes might spot us. The rain had stopped, but the air was heavy with tension.

"Are you sure you want to go through with this?" Dabi asked, his tone serious as he glanced back at me.

I nodded, swallowing the lump in my throat. "Yes, I'm ready." The determination in my voice surprised me, but deep down, I knew I had to do this to escape the shadow of my brother. We arrived at an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of town, its walls covered in graffiti and the windows boarded up. It felt like a hideout straight out of a movie, the perfect place for what we were about to do. "Here's the plan," Dabi said, pulling out a small device from his pocket. "We're going to create a scene that looks like you died by my hand. This will make the news, and everyone will think you're gone for good."

Dabi's expression darkened. "We'll make it look like you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. They won't be able to identify any remains, and it'll throw everyone off the scent."

I shuddered at the thought but reminded myself of my own resolve. "And then? What happens to me?"

"Once everyone thinks you're dead, I will introduce you to the league of villains, and from then your new life starts."

As I set to work preparing the warehouse, the adrenaline surged through my veins. I arranged debris, ignited flammable materials, and prepped everything to create chaos. I then threw the jacket I was wearing in there so they would think it was me.

"Are you ready?" Dabi asked, stepping back to survey the scene. "Ready as I'll ever be," I replied, my voice shaky but determined. And Dabi held out his hands and set the warehouse on fire. The sound of sirens echoed in the distance, growing closer as the fire blazed brighter. I took a moment to gather my thoughts. This was it—the last time I would ever be Katsumi Bakugo.

Minutes later, the emergency responders arrived, their lights flashing as they rushed toward the chaos. I stood back, watching the firefighters battle the flames, their faces grim and focused.

"Come on, it's time to go." Dabi said as we both watched the blue flames in the warehouse. "We still have lots to do." He said, and I slowly nodded as we both left the scene. Dabi then took me to a house. "I live here. We'll go to the league tomorrow. I still need you to do something." He started and pulled something out of his pocket. He tossed a small package over to me, and I looked at it closely. "Hair dye?" I asked him, confused. "If anyone you knew would see you, they'd suspect it was you. So you need to change." He said. "The bathroom is over there; I'll be in the living room." He said and was about to head to the living room. "Wait! I've never painted my hair before. Could you help me?" I asked him to be quiet, and he looked at me kind of irritated. "Fine, come on." He said and walked over to the bathroom. The bathroom was small; there was a sink and a small chair in front of it. "Sit down there." He said, and I did as he said. He then mixed the color and started putting it in my hair. I watched him closely as he did. He was done and left the bathroom so I could wash out my hair. When I was done, I looked in the mirror. I now had red hair. And not some orange kind of red, no red. Red like blood. I kinda like it.

I stepped out after I dried my hair, and when I entered the living room, Dabi looked me up and down. "Looks good. You can sleep in the bedroom. We'll go out tomorrow at 10 am." He told me, and I slowly nodded as I walked up the room, which I suppose is his bedroom.

I climbed onto the bed and noticed a window to my right. The room was empty; there was just a table with a chair and this bed. But the view looked good. There also was a TV, and I decided to watch the news. Maybe it's already said I'm dead. I mean, my 'death' was about an hour ago.

I turned on the TV and watched TV for a good half an hour when I finally saw the news. "Breaking News. Not just 2 hours ago, there was an incident in Musutafu. It seems like the Blue Fire villain again attacked the people, and this time there was a 16-year-old girl involved. Known as Katsumi Bakugo...." "I suppose that's it. Katsumi Bakugo is dead, and Katsumi is alive." I mumbled to myself as I looked at the TV screen where a picture of me was, and the commentator said a few more things about my death. "We hope the poor girl found peace, and we wish her family only the best."
