Katsumi Bakugo, Quirk: Healing Touch. Katsumi can heal others by touching them. Her hands give off healing energy that reduces pain and heals wounds.
Katsumi's POV
"Come on, Katsumi! It's time for school!" I heard my mother's voice and quickly left my room. I didn't want to become a hero because I don't have a strong fighting quirk like others. My brother wanted me to be a hero, but instead of joining the hero classes at UA, I applied for a different position. I work with Recovery Girl, healing soon-to-be heroes who get hurt while training. The problem is, I'm not in a class, and I only work with her. Don't get me wrong—she's sweet and kind, but I don't really have friends my age.
"Thanks, Mom! I'm leaving now. Bye!" I yelled as I headed out the door. As I entered the school, I saw many familiar faces since I often heal students. "Hello, Mirio! Tamaki!" I greeted the third graders as I walked through the halls. "Ochako! Tsuyu! Good morning!" I said, and they waved back. "Good morning, uh..." Ochako trailed off, clearly struggling to remember my name. "It's Katsumi. We've met a few times," I reminded her, and she finally recognized me. "Oh, you're Bakugo's sister, right?" She asked, and I nodded slowly, my smile fading a bit. "I have to go now. See you later!" I said as I entered the room.
"Good morning, Recovery Girl," I greeted her. "Morning, child," she replied with a soft smile, and I got to work. The day went by smoothly, and a few students from the third and second years came in for treatment. It was an easy job. After school, I grabbed my things and left the building. I headed to the bus station, only to see that my bus was running thirty minutes late. I groaned in annoyance. "Guess I'll walk home," I thought. It's only a few minutes away, so it should be fine.
As I walked, I passed through an area with fewer people. Suddenly, I heard a groaning sound coming from an alley. I stopped and looked to my right, where I noticed a silhouette in the narrow space. Slowly, I approached the person leaning against the wall of a building.
"Uh, hello?" I called out. The person turned to look at me. It was a man with black hair and black clothes, and I noticed he had huge scars on his face, and arms.
"Uhm, sir? Do you need help?" I asked as I stepped closer.
"No, I'm fine. Now go away," he snarled, catching me off guard. I looked closely and noticed a small pool of blood on his white shirt.
"You're hurt. Let me help you," I insisted, moving closer again.
"No! Go away!" He snapped again, but this time I ignored him. As I approached, he suddenly held out his hand, and a small blue flame ignited right at me. I jumped back in shock and raised my hands in surrender.
"Look, I can heal wounds. I just want to help you. I mean no harm," I explained, and he slowly lowered his hand.
When I was next to him, I rested my hand on his chest, where the wound was. I closed my eyes, and when I opened them, the blood had stopped flowing. The man looked at me for a moment, then suddenly jumped up, looked at me for a second, and ran away from me.
"Rude much?" I mumbled as I got back on my feet. "That was weird." I quickly walked out of the alley and continued my way home. When I opened the door, my mother greeted me right away. "There you are! Dinner is ready!" she said. I quickly sat down at the dining table and quietly ate my meal, still thinking about the stranger from earlier.
