Travis's POV

No way. There's absolutely no way that just happened.  I lick my lips and go to put my golf club back into the bag, along with Andrew's.

After picking up both of our balls and putting them away I hop into the golf cart and drive back to the club house. I had to pay for two holding spot since I couldn't carry both bags all the way home.

Then I called an Uber that took an eternity to get here. I get in and give them my destination.

That's when I can finally let out my frustration. My anger with Andrew, myself, Blake mostly. Andrew couldn't have known unless Blake told him. So I guess Taylor's begs for secrecy just wasn't enough.

I rub my hands over my face, sighing as I try to figure out what I'm supposed to do. I can't just leave. I can't leave Taylor there alone. I actually just can't leave Taylor. I love her, and is that crazy? Yes. Yes it is.

Eventually I get back to the Swifts house and I go inside. Seeing Taylor and Blake relaxing on the couch together, they both look at me when I make my appearance known, one with eyes of happiness, the other looking like she could put a curse on me.

Taylor smiles and winks at me, I only send back a small smile. Blake huffs and turns around to pay attention to the tv again.

I walk past Taylor and go to the guest room they were letting me stay in and begin packing my stuff. Andrew said out by the morning. So I'll be out by tonight.

About two hours later i finish packing my stuff, at the most unfortunate time, Taylor comes into my room. A confused expression on her face as she looks at the packed suitcases placed on the bed.

"Where are you going?" She whispers.

"Tay I'm so sorry..."

"No, what's happening? Why did my dad come home without you? Why'd everyone acting so weird." Taylor crosses her arms over her chest and walks toward me. Standing only a couple inches away from me, tilting her head up at me.

"I have to go tay." I put my hand on her face, the other on her waist.

"What?" She mumbles, eyes quickly pricking with tears and her cheeks going red.

"It's okay, don't cry." I whisper, wiping her tears away with my thumb.

"How am I supposed to not cry when you're telling me you're leaving me." She cry's, the corners of her mouth turning downwards.

"Hey hey hey, I'm not leaving you." I assure her, pulling her closer against me, wrapping my arms around her and bending down to rest my chin on her shoulder.

"Then what's going on?" She sobs, arms still hanging by her sides.

"I just have to go okay? You'll be okay, and I'll be okay." I promise her before pulling back enough to catch her lips in a seering kiss.

She kisses me back for only a few seconds before gently pushing my shoulders back, causing me to stumble backwards.

"Tell me what's happening, please?" She whispers but I turn around and grab my bags. Avoiding eye contact as I walk past her and leave the guest room.

"Travis.." she calls out quietly down the hallway, and it takes all of my self control to not drop my stuff and run back to her.

I just wish she could understand, I don't want her to be angry at her parents for making me leave. So I thought maybe it would be better to not tell her that part.

I walk past Andrew and Blake in the living room. Both of them purposefully not looking at me. I shake my head and walk out the front door, closing it behind me.
