Chapter 15

POV: Dream

I watched as (Y/N) got splashed by water and disappeared from the dream realm, I sighed and woke myself up. I stood up straight as I was about to fall. Sapnap seemed to notice my movement and looked at me.

"You good man?" Sapnap asked calmly.

I looked at Sapnap and nodded, hiding my annoyance for having to wake up early.

"Just peachy," I said calmly.

Sapnap nodded and looked back up to the podium where Wilbur was making his speech about who the new president was. I leaned against the wall and watched as he procrastinated the speech.

I gasped and woke up as I felt something cold and wet on me, looking around in a panic as I realized where I was.

"The cabin? Philza and Technoblade... I'm okay... Wait- is Philza talking? Why is there a ringing noise? My head hurts.."

"(Y/N)!"

I cringed and looked at the person who yelled my name: "Technobl—" Before I could finish speaking, I felt Philza's wings wrap around my own. The unexpected warmth ruffled my feathers, and I felt tired again.

"It's okay (Y/N).. You're fine.. You're fine..." Philza said in a comforting tone.

"W-What happened?" I asked softly slightly confused at their panicked faces.

They both looked at each other before Technoblade picked me up and immediately I could hear the voices.

"She's awake!... She's so small in our arms... We could make her bleed so easily if we tried... Daryl no!... But why not!... Smol bean... Runt... Blood For The Blood God!... Shut up, Daryl!... Runt... Runt... Runt... Smol bean... Blood!... Daryl!..."

I let out a stifled laugh. "What's a runt?" I asked, trying to hold back from laughing at the voices. Technoblade became tense at the question. He set me down and walked out of the cabin.

"Techno-" Philza tried to call after him but was cut off by the door slamming.

"Did I fuck up..?" I asked quietly. Philza quickly shook his head, "No! No, I'm sure he will find a way to explain it."

I nodded and looked at the table, "Oh- Hey! Soup!" I said quickly, just wanting to change the subject. "Y'know- I had a bizarre dream.." I said as I poured myself a bowl.

"Oh really?" Philza asked, I nodded in response. "Yeah- it was strange.. I was back in L'Manburg, and there was a pedestal..." I continued telling him about the weird dream and he just listened, like he always did.

I walked out of the cabin, the voices were so loud, why were they saying runt? She isn't a runt...

"Runt... Runt hurt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... She's a runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Must protect... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt..."

"Shut up.." I said to them, their obnoxious speaking making it hard to think.

"Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt... Runt..."

"SHUT UP!" I yelled out.

Everything went silent. Looking around, I noticed I was nowhere near the cabin, which was fine. I'm a walking, living compass. I can go anywhere and make my way home easily. I sighed and started making my way home.
