POV: Narrator

When Technoblade got home, it was dark. He hadn't realized how far he had gone until it was dark. Technoblade walked into the cabin and noticed how (Y/N) was sleeping on a chest. He needed to make a couch. Technoblade huffed as the voices started saying 'runt' again. "She isn't a runt." He thought as he carefully approached her.

(Y/N)'s hair draped down to her feet when she was curled up in the way she was. Her knees hugged to her chest, arms loosely hanging onto her legs, wings folded against her, which looked uncomfortable. Technoblade sighed and nudged her, not softly, but not aggressively either. When (Y/N) didn't wake up, he huffed and scooped her up in his arms.

He almost forgot how light she was. It had been a while since he had picked her up. She should've gained at least a bit of weight to get some meat on her bones when she was here. He brushed the thought off and carried her to her room. It was just a tiny 5 by 5 room they had quickly dug out in the basement and furnished with a bed, a chest, a lantern, and a small flower pot on a shelf. But it seemed there were now lots of feathers everywhere, most in an overflowing pillowcase, but other than that, they were scattered everywhere.

Techno huffed and walked into the cramped room, carefully setting (Y/N) on the bed and draping the blanket over her before leaving.

Dream was sitting in a tree, staring at the moon. "It's midnight, " he thought as he hopped out and entered his secret base.

His base was modest yet functional, an eight-by-eight room featuring a cozy bed pushed against one wall, its quilt rumpled and well-loved. A pair of sturdy wooden chests stood nearby, their surfaces adorned with scratches and faint markings from past adventures. In the corner, an armor stand proudly displayed an assortment of battle-worn gear, gleaming slightly in the dim light.

Dream lies on his bed, his vision speckling with black orbs as he falls asleep. When he opens his eyes again, he is in his base. He sits up and gets off the bed. When he looks down, he sees his body still there. He smirked from behind the mask as he saw this.

He swiped his hand before himself and opened a keypad, typing out '/teleport Dream to (Y/N)'. Once he pressed 'ENTER', he was no longer in his secret base.

(Yes, Dream is powerful in the dream–world)

He was now in an even smaller room than his base—5 by 5, he estimated as he looked around. The room was simple: a chest, a dug-out shelf, a small flower pot, and a lantern next to it. From the corner of his eye, he saw an overflowing pillowcase filled with feathers, but it seemed there were more feathers on the ground now than in the pillowcase. He looked at the bed and saw (Y/N) sleeping peacefully in the small cot-like bed.

Her hair flowed around her like a delicate cascade, enveloping her upper body in a soft, shimmering veil. Curled in her blanket, she nestled her face deep into the plush pillow, seeking comfort and warmth. Her intricately feathered and graceful wings were tucked gently behind her, adding an ethereal quality to her serene repose. In this intimate moment (for Dream at least), she radiated a captivating beauty that seemed almost otherworldly...

Dream reached over and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"ʖ∷╎リ⊣ ⍑ᒷ∷ ↸∷ᒷᔑᒲᓭ ℸ ̣ 𝙹 ᒲᒷ"

Suddenly, a faint, translucent figure emerged from her, resembling her but with an ethereal glow. This slightly transparent version of (Y/N) drifted upward, reflecting her essence as if drawn by an unseen force. Dream grasped her shimmering apparition without hesitation, gently pulling her away from her physical body.

Holding her ghostly appearance against his own made him feel bursts of electricity flow through him. He felt that connection he made the first time they saw each other. He delicately stroked her hair before pressing his thumb to her forehead.

"ᔑ∴ᔑꖌᒷ"

As Dream says this, a faint glow comes from his thumb. He lets (Y/N)'s body float upward momentarily before she wakes up with a jolt, landing on the ground.

POV: (Y/N)

I woke with a jolt, "What happened?" I thought to myself as I looked around a bit. I was waiting for Techno to come home. "When did I get here?" I thought before I saw Dream.

"D-Dream?! How-" Before I could say anything else, he cut me off.

"(Y/N)! Hello there, how are you feeling?" Dream asked with such innocence it almost made me forget what Wilbur had told me.

"Um- Well.. I'm fine. But how did you-" I tried to ask again but Dream waved a dismissive hand.

"Don't worry about it too much. Where is it you are? It seems cold." Dream said, I debated whether it was a good idea if to tell him or not but ultimately decided not to.

"I don't know if Techno would be happy about that..." I mumbled and looked away from him.

Dream seemed a bit.. Shocked..? I don't know- I cant see behind the mask.

"You're with Techno?" Dream asked, though his voice seemed a bit tense.

"Y-Yes..?" I said softly.

Dream seemed to go quiet after that, and before I knew it, I woke up.
