Chapter Thirty-Four: Can This Not End?

Colby and I were tanning on our beach towels while Mason and Sean were playing beach volleyball.

"Ah can I live near the beach?" Colby asked.

"I'm sure New York has a beach." I said with a chuckle.

"Yale isn't near a beach or lake. Which is pretty depressing." She whined while eating a spicy dorito chip.

"You'll survive." I smirked while going on my Twitter.

Then I felt a hand rubbing my hopefully dark tan tummy.

"Are you hungry baby?" Mason asked while kissing my nose.

"Um yeah sure, let's go to the snack bar." I said while standing up and throwing on my sundress over my dark blue Triangl bikini.

"Do you guys want anything?" Mason asked while grabbing his wallet and intertwining our hands.

"Nah, you two go have fun and enjoy   your little date." Colby said while Sean was kissing up her arm.

"Alright then." I said with a chuckle while Mason and I walked away.

"So what do you want to eat baby?" He asked once we got in line.

"Urm french fries." I said while biting my lip and looking at the menu.

"Okay beautiful." He said while kissing my cheek.

"May I help you two?" The guy asked us while smirking at me.

"Yeah, I'll have french fries and a large cherry coke please." Mason said while taking out his wallet.

"Alright, anything for you cutie?" The creep asked me.

"We're sharing. Now stop looking at my girl and tell me the damn total." Mason barked. It was rude. But cute. So I'm just going to leave it alone.

"Chill dude. And it's $6.15." He said while rolling his eyes.

Once Mason handed the guy a ten. He then handed Mason a receipt. And we both sat down and waited for our order to be done.

"You know that was rude of you but yet very cute what you did." I said while smiling at him.

"What? You're mine. And I want him to know that you are." He said while grabbing my hand.

"I'll always be yours babe." I chuckled while kissing his hand.

"Darn right you will." He said while smirking at me.

"Order 113?" The guy asked while holding out our french fries.

"I'll get it, with ketchup." Mason said while standing up and walking away to the stand.

When he came back with our fries and ketchup packets, he sat back down and started to open the packets and pour it all over the french fries.

"This is so good." I said whilst eating a fry and closing my eyes.

"Really good." He chuckled.

"So have you been taking your medicine?" I asked while eating three fries at once.

"Yes, I have been taking my medical treatment." He scoffed while eating two fries at once.

"Urgh, I have a sunburn." I whined. While looking at my back through a mirror.

"I'm sorry baby." Mason said while kissing it.

"That made it feel a little better." I said while smiling at him.

"Gosh I love that smile." He said while kissing my lips.

Then my phone buzzed, and I looked Colby's text message.

~Don't forget pool party tonight, no swimsuits! We can't night swim

Me
~Well why can't we?

Colby
~Because we aren't allowed or we have to go back home

I just texted an okay. I don't want to go home yet. There's three more days until we go back home. We planned on coming home Friday. So that gives us the weekend to sleep in. Although, I have to work on Sunday. Which completely sucks. Because Colby doesn't work, Sean only works on Saturday this week and it's only for three hours. While Mason is off for a little while because his boss wants him to recover first then go back to work once he is.

Apparently his boss said that he himself tried to commit suicide when he was in high school.

"We have a pool party to go to." I said while facing Mason and wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Do we now?" He smirked.

"Yes, and no swimsuits. We can't go night swimming." I said while pecking his lips and walking to my suitcase.

"Hey can you wear lingerie under whatever dress you will be wearing to the party?" He asked while sitting on our queen size bed with black sheets and a baby blue comforter.

"Oh? And why would I do that Mason hmmm? I'll probably be tired afterwards." I sighed while grabbing a mint green lacey sundress.

"Awh, but we haven't had sex here in our hotel room." He said while frowning.

"Maybe because I don't want to have hotel sex." I said while giving him a pointed look.

"Well I'm gonna take my medical treatment now in case I forget to take them when we come back." He said while going to his suitcase.

"Oh!! And make sure you wear that mint green polo shirt that you bought with you!!" I said while taking off my sundress and leaving my bikini on and putting my new sundress on over it.

"You wanna match?" He chuckled while popping a pill in his mouth then drinking his glass of water and then repeating it one more time.

"Yes!!!" I squealed while running into his arms and he showered my face with kisses.

"You're too cute." He said while kissing my lips.

"Can this not end?" Colby asked the next day while we're tanning yet again on the beach.

"It will have to end, sorry Colby. But we can't run away from reality." I said with a frown.

I really wish we could. But we have to plan prom and then we have senior week, and then finally graduation to look forward to. We can't just live in Cancun forever. Even though I would love that. Maybe I can talk Mason into having a honeymoon here. But he always wanted to go to Europe so we'll probably end up doing that.

"Hey Peyton, let's take a picture together." Mason said while handing Colby his phone and this made us both stand up.

I decided to jump on Mason and wrap my legs around his waist. And I kissed his lips which he kissed me back. I was even holding his face.

"Awwh! That's so cute!" Colby cooed while I was getting off Mason.

We both looked at the photo once Mason got his phone back.

"I like that one. I'll text it to you." He said while kissing my temple.

"You better." I said while poking his muscular chest.

This has honestly been the best spring break ever.
