Early the next morning, Y/N woke up to a bright sky and cool air. Perfect time to train with her old sai, now that she lost her powers. She swung strike after strike at her nonexistent opponent, but she could feel a sharp gaze on her back, watching her every move. With a sigh, she turned around to face Lloyd Garmadon.
"What's all this about?" he hissed, brandishing the scroll she gave him last night at her with both a confused and angry glare on his smooth face.
"I don't know, ok! I just found it a when I was performing a... heist at the museum."
"A heist?" He shook his head. "How did you even get it? You haven't been to Ninjago City in years!"
"Your mother used to send over scrolls and newspapers to the Cloud Kingdom archives to keep me updated." Y/N replied, nonchalantly picking at her nails.
"My mother? You mean, she's alive?"
"I said 'used to' for a reason, genius. She stopped after the Merge."
