"WHAT!? Why not?"

Inside of the temple house, Steven was seen lying on the couch, talking on the phone with a disappointed expression.

Connie: "Steven, I told you. I can't hang out today, I have tennis practice, and then mom wants to go out for a family dinner. But she said I could hang out all day tomorrow! And I can come over all the time now that it's summer vacation."

Connie said, as Steven fell off the couch, not sitting upside down on his head.

Steven: "What's summer vacation?"

Connie: "You know? When school gets out for the summer?"

Steven: "I've never been to this, how do you say, "School"? How does it work?"

The boi said, a pained expression on his face.

Connie: "It's a place where you go to learn, there's desks, chalkboards, books, maps-"

Steven: "I see..."

A mass of different things were seen piled up in the middle of the temple house, all of it easily matching everything that Connie had mentioned about School in her call. Causing Steven to stand there with a prideful look on his face, placing his hands on his hips.

Steven: "Yup! It's all coming together!"

Pearl marched over, placing a school desk upside down.

Pearl: "So, how do we begin our school?"

Hearing this caused Steven to pause for a moment...

Steven: "Uh... I... I don't know! This is everything Connie Told me! WHY DON'T I EVER ASK FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS!? WHO WILL TEACH LITTLE STEVIE NOW!?"

Steven screamed in anguish, placing his head against a locket that Pearl just... had... all the while, Pearl, who was now sitting ontop of a small pile of books, gasped with wide eyes.
