12. Plata del Diablo

     Emmett Dalton and his brothers ambush Ernesto and Tennant, the two brothers firing their gatling guns, while Emmett approaching them wielding his big hammer. Ernesto and Tennant jump and hide behind the mine cart, luckily it was made by a thick steel. Its quite powerful and invulnerable against a thousands bullets.
"You hurt?" Ernesto ask Tennant.

"Unscathed but barely...just barely got shredded."

"Heh...your shield?"

"Yeah." Tennant prepare her Diamond while consentrating to raise her incantation, "Three hits, it will break."

"Three is enough." Ernesto readied his guns, "I'll take the left one, you get the right one."

"Ready."

Tennant summons the shield, they immedietly run as the Gatling gun reloading, at the same time Emmett was about to hit the mine cart.
"No! Dammit!" Emmett lacking any speed caused him to missed their movements.

Tennant and Ernesto run towards them, shooting at them to scare them off. As they get closer, Ernesto kicks one of the Dalton while Tennant froze the last one.

Ernesto then shooting at Emmett with his two guns, Tennant fires a diamond bullet. When the diamond bullet hits Emmett's armor, its magicly bounce the diamond and fly towards Ernesto.

"Oh, shit!"
Ernesto dodge the diamond, it froze a wooden pole holding a smelter behind him. When Tennant shoots Emmett again, the diamond reflected back at her.

"Damn, this is gonna suc-..."
The diamond hits her chest, she was frozen inside a diamond.

Emmett lift the mine cart and he throws it towards Ernesto, he dodge the cart and see it fly away to the edge of the crater.

Later, the two Daltons run towards Ernesto. They wields knives and axes, then strikes Ernesto together. Ernesto blocking their attacks, dodging the other strikes, and then the two Daltons run to a different direction. The knifer slash Ernesto from behind, while the axe wielder hits his chest. Ernesto falls to the ground, all battered and wounded. Shortly after, Tennant manage to free herself from the diamond, slowly cracking as she moves her body.

"Ugh...so...that's how it feels like."she finally breaks free, and then surprised to see Emmett already came toward her.

"Dare you to shoot me again, witch!"he said, wielding his hammer again.

"I don't think you can dance me all night wearing that bucket all over your body."

Tennant calmly stretching her arms and legs while waiting for Emmett, mocking him. As Emmett swing his hammer, Tennant easily jump to the air, and then land on the hammer.
"Can you lift me up, handsome?"

"Shut up, wench!"

Emmett lift his hammer up, and at the same time Tennant thrown further towards Ernesto. While in the air, she shoots the two Daltons, freezing them, and then land safely near Ernesto.

"Can you keep up, amigo?" She help Ernesto to stand up, "Wanna showcase your Shaman power again?"

"Nah...he can reflect Arcane power."
Ernesto refuse, "Give us shield, shoot him with this. Lets make him busy, while we slowly walk towards the two gatling guns."

"Sounds like an idea."
Tennant uses her shield, then Ernesto gave her a Repeater Rifle.

Tennand and Ernesto then running and shooting Emmett at the same time, forcing him to be defensive. Then they reach the gatling guns, reload it as fast as they can, and then they open fire. The rain of hot lead from two sides slowed Emmett down. He begin to move backward, afraid his armor will breaks.
Suddenly, a man jump from the air and lands behind him.
