CHAPTER SIXTEEN. Boyfriend.

WRENLEY RAUTHA.

A young boy stands in the doorway , not older than 15 , eyeing me suspiciously before he takes in the position me and Raiden are in , his suspicious gaze locks back onto me.
I tilt my head before smirking "Emery. Right ?" I ask , he scrunches up his nose , the words "what the fuck" written all over his face.

"Who are you ?" he asks defensively.
"Wren."
"Ohhh you're stalker boy." he says as realisation dawns on his face.
I chuckle at how quickly his tone had shifted to a much more gentle and curious tone.
His attitude swings reminding me of a certain dark haired boy.
I look at Raiden who has his face dropped in his hands , I move my hand into his hair , he huffs and drops his hands from his face , he puts his hand on my hip and surprisingly gently moves me aside , I get off his lap and Raiden stands up.

Emery speaks up from the doorway "Is he your boyfriend ?" he asks his brother.
I grin while Raiden shoots me a glare before he looks at his little brother "No." he says shortly , Emery walks further into the room.

"What do you want Em ?" Raiden asks him , giving him an annoyed look yet his tone is gentle.
I smile at the nickname and the way he talks to him , Raiden might not be such a hardass after all.
"Just heard you got back." Emery shrugs "But nobody told me you brought your boyf-"
"He's not my boyfriend." Raiden's jaw ticks.

Emery glances at me , clearly not believing a single word his brother has just said , I smile at him.
"How's school been going ?" Raiden changes the subject.
Emery smiles , his eyes lighting up with amusement , I've never seen anyone so excited to talk about school of all things.. this kid's adorable.

"I made a friend." Emery states proudly.
"A friend ?" Raiden raises an eyebrow but I don't miss the flicker of a smile on his lips as my attention switches between the two brothers.
Emery nods "His name's Jace.." Emery starts "Oh and he plays rugby.. which is why I need you to sign me up for that.."

Raiden snorts "And here I thought you had just missed me." is Raiden actually joking around right now ??
"Let me meet him first then we'll talk." he then says , Emery's face drops at his words and I can't blame him , he just made his first friend..
I shoot Raiden a look "Raiden." I scold.

His gaze shifts to me "What ?" he questions defensively but as I just stare at him he huffs "Fine."
I look back at Emery and return the grin he shoots my way.
"I like your boyfriend Raide." Emery teases , Raide.. I smile. 
Raiden however just walks over to him , spins him around by his shoulders and gives him a little push to the door.

"So you'll sign me up ??" Emery rushes the question out.
Raiden groans "Yeah , sure." he grumbles before he closes the door after his little brother practically sprints down the hall.

"He seems like a good kid." I fall back on the bed.
Raiden nods "He is.." he seems sad about that..
"What is it ?" I shouldn't even have asked because Raiden being Raiden just shrugs before he says something about taking a shower and dissapears through the door to what I'm assuming is a bathroom connected to his room.

I sit up and stare at the closed door when he pulls it shut behind him with a thud.

Also yes this is a very short chapter , I won't be able to write anything untill tuesday probably so I just wanted to give you guys atleast something.
