As the group neared the section of the building where Tony Stark's lab—and Peter’s personal lab—were located, excitement buzzed through the air. This was the part of the field trip everyone had been waiting for: a glimpse inside the inner workings of Stark Industries, where some of the world’s most cutting-edge inventions came to life.

Steve Rogers, having taken over the tour guide duties from Lia, led the group down the sleek, futuristic hallways. “Alright, everyone, we’re about to enter the heart of Stark Industries. This is where the real innovation happens, so keep your eyes open and your questions ready. You’ll get to meet Mr. Stark himself, along with his brilliant assistant Harley Keener.”

Peter’s stomach did a flip. He loved his lab—loved the work he did there with Tony and Harley—but the thought of his classmates, especially Flash, invading that space made him a little uneasy. He glanced over at Morgan, who caught his eye and gave him a reassuring smile.

“Don’t worry, Peter. Harley’s there, right? He’ll help you get through it,” she whispered.

Peter smirked slightly, feeling a bit better. Harley had been Tony’s assistant for a while now and had become one of Peter and Morgan’s closest friends. The fact that Harley would be there was a small comfort—at least Peter wouldn’t be dealing with his obnoxious classmates alone.

As they reached the doors to Tony’s lab, F.R.I.D.A.Y.’s voice echoed through the room.

“Anthony Stark and Harley Keener are awaiting your arrival in the main lab,” the AI announced.

The doors slid open, revealing the sprawling, high-tech space that was Tony’s lab. Sleek machines, various tools, and half-finished projects lined the walls. Holographic blueprints floated mid-air, showcasing Tony’s latest designs. And right in the middle of it all stood Tony Stark, his arms crossed and a smirk on his face. Next to him was Harley Keener, grinning from ear to ear, giving Peter and Morgan a nod.

“Welcome, Midtown High,” Tony called out, his tone teasing but welcoming. “I see we’ve got quite the crowd today. Hope you all came prepared to have your minds blown.”

Harley stepped forward, clapping Peter on the shoulder. “And here’s the star of the show,” he said with a wink, causing Peter to roll his eyes.

“Hi, Harley,” Peter muttered, though he couldn’t help but smile.

Before Tony could launch into his usual monologue about Stark tech, the sound of heavy boots approached from the hallway. Peter’s heart sank. He knew that sound—those weren’t just random footsteps.

“Oh no…” Peter whispered, just as the doors slid open again to reveal none other than the Avengers.

“Look who we found wandering around,” Clint Barton (Hawkeye) said with a grin, motioning to the group of heroes entering the lab. Steve was still standing with the students, but now Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Bruce Banner (Hulk), and Sam Wilson (Falcon) had joined the party.

“Looks like we’re just in time to embarrass the kid,” Natasha said with a smirk, her sharp eyes immediately landing on Peter.

Peter felt his face turn red as the other Avengers grinned at him. He could already feel the teasing coming.

“Peter!” Sam called out, his voice filled with playful enthusiasm. “Show these kids what you’ve been working on! Bet it’s something real impressive.”

Before Peter could respond, Clint chimed in. “Or maybe he’s just been hiding snacks in here. I wouldn’t be surprised.”

“Yeah, we all know how much the kid loves his snacks,” Natasha teased, sending a wink Peter’s way. The students, especially Flash, were staring with wide eyes. Seeing the Avengers casually joking around with Peter was a shock to them. No one had ever imagined Peter Parker being so close to the world’s most famous superheroes.
