Chapter 13: I can't do it

After the whole mess, the other people started to dance. A couple of people did ask me out to dance but I rejected them. This case was similar for Aria as well. But still noticing the major difference in crowd is still annoying. But at least she is enjoying. As I could see, she was busy talking with girls around her age.

At least she has calmed down and found her place for a little bit. But still I think my future is still in Dark. Ahh man! I have to work really hard to change the Fate of this world. I mean what can I do now? Ah... I hoped the things were favorable for me. No..... I shouldn't lose hope yet. Even if this world is some kind of fiction or book, it's my reality now and that's a fact that I can't even deny from anymore.

Still meeting a real goddess does feel unreal. Well there is a long way ahead, let's buckle up for the ride.

~Sigh.How long is this night gonna be. I want to sleep.

The next morning after tomorrow.

Sky's Pov:-

"What is the young lord thinking about waking up this early morning? Even the sun has yet to come out."

~Yesterday evening.

"Listen sky, I need a favor to ask of you. Come in my room before sunrise alright. I will tell the details later but make sure to prepare a bag with necessary equipment for a trip."

~Current time.

"Is he planning to run from the house? Well whatever the case is, I'm still going with him, that's why I prepared the two people Worth's. Hehehe.."

Sky, who was in deep thought standing in front of Hunter's bedroom door, was about to knock when hunter suddenly opens the door, grabs the bag and shuts the door right in front of sky.

Sky, surprised for a few seconds, decided to knock on the door. Even after a few knocks, no reply came from inside. In curiosity she decided to open the door without permission.

But to her surprise no one was present in the room and a window was open.

"Don't tell me, we are on the second floor, what is he thinking?"

As she looked down from the window, she saw a rope made up of bedsheets and Hunters with his backpack on his back printed alongside the road which heads towards the town of Hiwa.

"No lord! Why did you decide to leave me? But do you think I will leave you like this alone? But first let's try to erase the evidence first."

She pulls up the rope while making sure no one saw her doing the act.

"Phew.. Well at least I know where you will be. But still how could you leave me behind like this after I have done everything for you."
Hmph..........

Hunter's pov:-

Well I do feel bad about leaving Sky behind but I have to do this. I have to learn everything I can and I'm sure not learning it in the palace. My destination, the Town of Hiwa, is close to my house and it is near the river. Despite being a town, it's population is low and most of the people living there are fishermen. Well at least according to Sky that is. I will figure it out when I get there.

~Town of Hiwa.

Even though it is a town, the population of this area doesn't scale Upto the town's level. The market is quiet too even though it's early morning. Well People were leaving this place due to lack of opportunities to earn. Now mostly those people are living that have nowhere to go or perfectly sustained.

But I don't have much time before Place people figure out that I'm missing. As I was about to leave I saw a Dog whose leg was injured. It looks like bite marks and it is quite old too.

Well whatever, it doesn't matter to me. I should focus on my task ahead. As I was about to leave I heard the dog's whimpering sound.

"Man I can't do it".
~Crying internally.

I have always been weaks to dogs.
