Chapter 39: I will be watching you

It's been Five days since I returned from Lapras City, and today I have some unexpected visitors. We reached the guest waiting room where I again asked Rose to wait outside of the room so I could have a private talk with both brothers. As I entered the room, the guards and maids present greeted me and left on my command.
The two people sitting at the edge of the sofa so it wouldn't get dirty by their clothes, stood up and bowed down in front of me immediately as they noticed my presence.

"I'm sorry, My lord." Gilbert sat on his knees after hearing me but at that moment Dilson spoke.
"Th-Thanks" Dilson said it so Quietly, that it was hard to understand but I somehow understood his words.
"Hehehe, Well you should call me Big bro".
"Uwaaaa..... uwaaa..... Thank you.....Big brother......uwaaa" Dilson started to cry loudly. I asked one of the maids Waiting outside the door to bring a handkerchief. No two handkerchiefs, Gilbert has also started to cry.

After they both were able to manage to get a hold of themselves,
"I apologize for showing you such an unsightly appearance of mine."
Wow... He started to speak as if he was some kind of Nobel.
"Can you please tell me how you ended up in that situation?" I asked Gilbert.
"Actually my lord, my Father was the son of a fallen baron family. We made our living through a family restaurant we had. We were actually a happy family but one night, Our mother died after giving birth to Dilson. Our Restaurant was in a lot of debt afterwards and loans shark and everything just went downhill and I'm still not able to grasp what actually transpired to us."

Gilbert couldn't continue his story but I think I have grasped his side of the story. But still it doesn't actually lead anywhere, this doesn't help me to find out about those people. But I still need to become stronger. As I was lost in these thoughts Gilbert suddenly suggested this,
"My lord, I know this is wrong of me to say, but we want to" he gave a look to Dilson and he nodded "we want to serve you my lord. This life was of yours given and we want to live for you. Please my lord, let us repay your favor you have done to us."
In Nobel society, a Nobel can have many personal retainers. In my case, Rose and Sky are the only two I have. Well why not accept them. But just for curiosity,first Dilson.
