☆ Part 14 ☆

The next day you overslept majorly because of how late you'd stayed up for the party, memories of last night flooding back to you. 'Never drinking one of those again' you thought, remembering how you felt like you were stuck on a carousel spinning round and round all night. 

Your thoughts were interrupted by your stomach growling and you noticed that you were painfully hungry and had a headache, so you quickly got dressed and headed to the kitchen. You sat down at the counter and ate some cereal, having missed breakfast. 

You were the only person there until Tonny walked in. He stopped and looked at you and you got a weird vibe from him as he walked up.

"Uh hi, how are you?" You asked, trying to be friendly. You sensed that something was just off by the look on his face. You rarely talked to Tonny so it was quite unusual for him to approach you like this.

"Hello... I'm uh, not sure how to tell you this but I noticed you and Sahed have gotten pretty...close..." He started awkwardly, clearly as uncomfortable with this conversation as you were and you had no idea where this was going.

"...yes...?" You replied skeptically.

"Just be careful with him and uh... don't hurt anyone ok?" He continued, being very elusive with his statement.

"What is that supposed to mean?" You asked defensively, even more weirded out now than before.

"He and Julia had a similar thing like you guys do now, but it didn't end well for anybody... probably best to just ask him about it" he trailed off before finishing his explanation, confusing you further. You tried to brush it off but couldn't shake his words from your mind as you walked to the costume workshop to help Kamille.

Just to your convenience, Julia happened to be there too, chatting with Kamille. You felt bold and decided to ask her what Tonny's cryptic remark meant.

"Hey uh, Tonny just said some weird shit to me in the kitchen and I thought maybe you could help me make sense of it?" You half-asked half-told her.

"Oh sure, he can be strange sometimes but I'm sure he means well" she offered with a smile. You repeated what he just said to the best of your memory and she sat quietly for a moment before Kamille spoke up.

"Oooh he means the murder plot!" She announced excitedly, receiving a sharp look from Julia, who still appeared to be thinking.

"I'd hardly say what we had was similar to whatever you guys have going on" she finally added. Seemingly put off by either Kamille's answer or the fact that Tonny told you any of this.

"I'm sorry what?! A murder plot?!?" You all but ignored Julia's answer.

"Listen, we made some bad choices, but I don't think this is the same at all" she explained slowly, carefully choosing her words.

"Julia what did you guys do? Did you guys kill someone?!?" You felt a bit panicked by the thought of it.

"Probably best to go talk to Sahed, it was his idea after all" Kamille pointed out, seemingly unphased by this entire conversation.
