After what felt like a long ride, the bus finally slowed to a stop. Yankumi stood up and faced the students, a bright smile back on her face. "Alright, everyone! We've arrived at our destination!" she announced, her earlier outburst now a distant memory. "First stop is the hotel. Grab your belongings and line up for the roll call!"
The students stirred, gathering their bags and talking excitedly among themselves as they shuffled toward the exit. Odagiri, always composed, stood by Yankumi with the checklist in hand. As the students started lining up outside, he began calling out names, marking each one off as they responded.
"Kamiya Shunsuke, here. Kuraki Satoru, here," Odagiri called out, his voice clear and efficient.
Yankumi watched as the students fell into line, making sure no one strayed or wandered off. She gave Odagiri an appreciative nod as he continued with the roll call. The system was running smoothly, and everyone was cooperating—for now.
"Remember, once we check in, we'll head to our rooms to drop off our things. This is just a 30-minute stop," Yankumi reminded them, hands on her hips as she kept a close eye on the group. "No fooling around. We've got a busy day ahead."
Odagiri, checking off another name, glanced at her. "So far, so good," he said quietly, handing her the clipboard as they prepared to move forward.
"Arigatou, Odagiri-kun," Yankumi bowed her head. He just nods in response.
Once everyone had checked in and received their room keys, the students rushed toward their assigned quarters. In Yamato's group, the five of them hurried to their room, eager to see what it looked like.
Honjo was the first to reach the door, fumbling with the key in his excitement. As soon as it clicked open, he pushed the door wide, his eyes lighting up at the sight inside. "Whoa! This is nice!" he exclaimed, taking in the clean, spacious room with neatly made beds.
Without a second thought, Honjo and Kuraki ran straight to one of the beds and leaped onto it, bouncing on the mattress like a couple of overexcited kids. The springs gave a satisfying bounce as they landed and jumped again, laughing loudly.
Yamato, standing near the door, watched the scene unfold with a look of mild disbelief. He crossed his arms, shaking his head. "Idiots," he muttered under his breath, though a small, amused smirk tugged at his lips.
Shunsuke, sitting down on one of the chairs, laughed at Yamato's reaction. "You know you want to join them," he teased.
Yamato shot him a sideways glance. "No thanks."

After settling into their hotel rooms, the students were soon back on the bus, heading to the next stop on their itinerary: the Hachioji Yume Art Museum. Yankumi stood at the front of the bus, briefing them on what to expect.
"The Hachioji Yume Art Museum is our first cultural stop," she explained. "They're currently showcasing painting and sculpture exhibitions, with works curated around various themes."
