Chapter 12: My Rival

"WHAT?!" Yankumi exclaimed. "Are ya' tellin' meee... that mah preshoos students... are weak to sake?!"

"Shut up, Yankumi!" Minami yelled. "You're just a damn beast when it comes to drinking!"

"Okay, guys let's wrap it up now. Time to go home." Uchiyama said as he was pulling the drunken Noda.

"Ehhh??" Yankumi move swaying towards them. "No! It's still early and no work tomorrow. Let's drink up to our heart's content!"

"Stupid. We're humans not a sake-beast like you." Uchiyama said.

Yankumi pouted then continued drinking.

"Kuma, we're going home. Thanks and see you later!" Uchiyama turned to Kuma whose carrying Minami to his car.

"Yeah, man. Sorry to trouble you about these two." Kuma scratch his head.

"It's okay, man. It's on my way and they'll wake up soon anyway..." Uchiyama put Noda on the backseat together with Minami.

Before starting his car, Uchiyama remembered something and call out for Kuma.

"Kuma! Take care of those three over there!" he shouted.

Kuma knows what he meant.

"Leave it to me!" he answered.

When his friends left, Kuma went back inside. He can hear Yankumi's loud laughter even from the front. He shook his head from Yankumi's craziness.

"Hey, she's still drinking?" He asked Odagiri whose filling a glass of water.

"Yeah..." he answered. "Actually, the both of them..."

"Oh? Shin's joining her craziness?" Kuma was amused.

Odagiri just nodded on him. They went back together.

"Hey, you two!" Yankumi pointed at them when she saw them. "Get back here and drink!"

"Mendokuse na..." Kuma sighed. He went beside his former teacher. "Hey, Yankumi. You've had enough already... time to go home."

"Haahhh?!" Yankumi glared at him. "I'm not yet that drunk! I can still go with two bottles! See?"

Yankumi tried to show them that she can still walk straight but she swayed. She almost fell on the ground if not because of Odagiri and Kuma's help.
