The day had been a pretty lazy day. Finway and I snuggled on the couch for most of it watching tv or playing video games. We had a bunch of snacks scattered across the coffee table for whenever we got hungry throughout the day. My wounds from the night before were practically all healed up only a couple of scars here and there.

You're welcome Lilas smug voice sounded out which I responded with a well deserved over dramatic eye roll.

The love i have for her was unmatched. Throughout all my years of being with her I've never grown tired of her inputs or snide remarks. We've for sure had our disagreements on plenty but at the end of the day we both just want the best for one another and our family.

Looking at the clock I've now realized time is getting closer to when this 'date' was going to happen, 5pm and it is currently 3pm. Stretching as I stood up I kissed Finway on the top of his head as his eyes were glued to his current new favorite show, Adventure Time, which happens to be in my top three cartoon favs as well.

"Momma has to get ready"

"To see daddy?" Finway looks up at me wide eyed in excitement

"Yes baby I'm going to see daddy and maybe afterwards we will come get you if it's not to late"

"Okay mommy" gluing his eyes back to the brightly colored screen as Fin and Jake realize the Lich was Billy.

Showing up to the restaurant, I saw Asher standing at the door waiting for me. Now you are probably wondering why he didn't get me at my house but you try to keep a five year old from telling a secret that involves them. Impossible.

Therefore I told him I would meet up with him at the location of our date. Which was actually very fancy.

I'm very glad Rosie had lent me an elegant blush pink dress for this occasion or I would have been very undressed considering my first dress choice was a green flowery sundress.

Walking up to a very well dressed Asher I couldn't help but to stare at how good he looked in a tux. My heart started to beat rapidly in my chest and my palms began to get clammy.

"No need to be nervous my love" he calmly whispered in my ear as he guided me into the restaurant.

Oh boy are you wrong Mr. Alpha I have so much to be nervous about this date is either going to do fantastic or absolutely terrible  

Stop stressing everything will be okay Lila said to me as we made our way to our table

"We will see about " I mumbled under my breath.

Taking in the restaurant it was absolutely gorgeous but looking around I had noticed the lack of customers filling the tables scattered throughout the dining room.

"We have the restaurant to ourselves tonight" Asher said as if he read my mind, pulling out my chair for me I happy obliged nodding my head in understanding.

He used his Alpha status to keep everyone out tonight so we could have a romantic first date as well as privacy to speak freely without the worry of our conversations being interrupted. It truly means a lot that he has done this for us because I am very unsure what tonight is going to hold.

The room was quiet, no commotion from customers or glasses tinking on tables, no forks scraping on plates as they finished up their meals.
