As the sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a warm golden glow over the Mehta mansion, the air buzzed with excitement. Aahana's parents and Rohan's parents had gathered to finalize the wedding plans, their conversation lively and animated.

In the center of the grand living room, Aahana’s mother, Mrs. Chauhan, waved her hands dramatically.

Mrs. Chauhan: “I can’t believe we’re actually doing this! Aahana is getting married! It feels like just yesterday she was playing with her dolls".

Rohan's father, Mr. Malhotra, chuckled heartily.

Mr. Malhotra: “Time flies, doesn’t it? But I must say, they’re a perfect match. Strong and stubborn!”

As laughter filled the room, Anaya Mehta strolled in with a playful glint in her eyes. She was greeted by Sidharth Bansal, who was leaning against the doorframe, arms crossed with a smirk.

Anaya: “Well, well, if it isn’t Mr. Serious himself. What brings you here? Waiting to see your crush tie the knot?”

Sidharth raised an eyebrow, feigning offense.

Sidharth: “Crush? Is that how you see me, Anaya? I’d expect you to at least be a little more creative with your insults.”

Anaya sauntered closer, a teasing smile on her lips.

Anaya: “Oh please, we all know you’ve had a soft spot for Aahana since Ishaan bhai and Saanvi's wedding
. It’s adorable, really.”

Sidharth rolled his eyes but couldn’t hide the grin creeping onto his face.

Sidharth: “And what about you? You’re just jealous that Aahana gets to marry before you do. Isn’t it a little obvious?”

Anaya feigned shock, placing a hand over her heart dramatically.

Anaya: “Me? Jealous? Never! I just think it’s hilarious watching you squirm over Aahana’s wedding while you sit here like a lovesick puppy.”

Just then, Aahana entered the room, overhearing the banter. She smiled at her friends, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

Aahana: “What’s this? Are you two fighting over who gets to be my best friend at the wedding?”

Sidharth and Anaya exchanged glances, bursting into laughter.

Sidharth: “Of course! It’s a highly competitive position.”

Anaya: “Only the strongest survive!”

Aahana chuckled, shaking her head.

Aahana: “I’m not worried. You both will be fighting over who gets to do the bouquet toss, not who gets to be my best friend.”

Rohan entered, a playful smirk on his face as he overheard their playful jabs.

Rohan: “What’s going on in here? Planning a coup against my wedding?”

Aahana shot him a look, her hands on her hips.

Aahana: “You’re not getting out of this that easily! You’ll be subjected to endless teasing, I promise you that!”

Rohan laughed, stepping closer to her, his eyes shining with affection.

Rohan: “I wouldn’t have it any other way. Just wait until I see you walk down that aisle. It’ll be the highlight of my life.”

Anaya and Sidharth exchanged exaggerated groans.

Anaya: “Ugh, stop it! You’re making us all sick with your sweetness!”

Sidharth nodded, crossing his arms dramatically.

Sidharth: “Seriously, can we get back to the insults? It’s way more entertaining.”
