SHANAYA

As I stood there, Saransh's heartfelt confession left me breathless. I never imagined I was his first love. The thought of him loving someone else had pierced my heart daily.

I loved him deeply, but doubts crept in.

"Am I worthy of love? Can anyone truly love me? Am I deserving of Saransh's affection?"

These thoughts sent shivers down my spine.

But Saransh's reassuring words wrapped around my fragile heart, soothing my fears.

"No one can love you like I do, Shanaya," he whispered, his conviction melting my doubts.

His unwavering belief in me ignited a flame of hope.

Perhaps, I thought, I am worthy of love - of Saransh's love.

Tears of joy mingled with lingering fears as I gazed into his sincere eyes.

"Saransh," I whispered, my voice barely audible.

He smiled, knowing my heart's response.

In that moment, I knew I was ready to surrender to our love, to trust in Saransh's unwavering devotion.

"Yes," I whispered, nodding through tears.

Saransh's face lit up with joy. He gently stood up, his hands cradling my face.

He polished away my tears with his thumbs, his touch soothing.

A soft kiss grazed my forehead.

"Thank you for giving me a chance, Shanaya," he whispered, emotion trembling in his voice.

"You don't know how happy I am today. I've waited for this moment for so long."

His warmth enveloped me, and I felt cherished.

"I love you, Saransh," I confessed, my voice steady.

His eyes sparkled, and he smiled.

"I love you more, Shanaya. Forever and always."

Our lips met in a tender, promise-filled kiss.

The world around us melted away, leaving only our love.

In Saransh's arms, I found my haven, my home.

Our hearts beat as one, our love shining bright.

Our kiss deepened...

Suddenly, coughs interrupted us.

We pulled away, flushed, to find Ikshit Bhai and Shruti standing there.

Shruti wore a teasing grin, while Bhai pretended to look elsewhere, chuckling.

Shruti rushed to hug me tightly.

"You always said no one can love you, but see? Your prince is here to devour you with his love!"

I nodded, laughing, my face still warm.

Saransh smiled, taking my hand.

"Bhai, thanks for the timely interruption," he joked.

Ikshit Bhai chuckled, shaking his head.

"Love birds need space, but not that much!"

Shruti whispered in my ear, "I'm so happy for you, Shanaya. You deserve this love."

Ikshit warned Saransh, "Ab meri behen ko hurt mat karna." (Don't hurt my sister now.)

Saransh responded, embracing me from behind, "Meri jaan ko hurt karne se phele, main marna pasand karunga." (I'd rather die than hurt my love.)
