Y/N's POV

I woke up to the soft sensation of breaths fanning my neck, sending a delightful shiver down my spine. Blinking my eyes open, I took in the morning sun streaming through my big window, the light filtering through my black drapes and creating a warm, inviting glow in the room. Looking down, I spotted the blonde-haired woman peacefully asleep on my chest, her leg draped over my stomach like she was claiming me, as if I might slip away while she slept. Her arm was draped over my chest while mine held her securely into my side, my hand resting on her waist.
A smile crept onto my face as it all started to sink in.
Sabrina Carpenter was here, right in my arms, in my bed.
And we kissed last night.
We didn't take things any further than that, but the vibe between us was clear—I could tell she was interested in more. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded that either. But in that sweet moment, it felt like we were both just enjoying the closeness, savoring what we had without rushing into anything else.
It felt nice, everything just felt so right.
What lingered in my mind now, a persistent thought, was the question of what this all meant for us. We kissed, made-out rather, and she had, in an unspoken way, indicated that she felt something for me—that she wouldn't mind at all if I were to ask her out.
But how do I even approach that?
I mean, I know the mechanics of it, but the situation is complicated. She's on tour right now, which makes it tough to figure out a plan for a date that feels special. Yet, I believe that if there's a will, there's a way, and I definitely have the desire to explore where this could lead us.
What is my life right now?
Just then, she stirred beside me, a soft rumble escaping her throat as she nestled her face deeper into my chest, her fingers gripping the side of my black tank top. I felt a rush of warmth at the intimacy of the moment, and a small smile crept onto my face. Then her voice broke the comfortable silence, low and teasing.
"I feel you staring," Sabrina murmured, eyes still closed, a playful smirk tugging at her pink lips. Caught in the act, I grinned and gently ran my fingers through her hair, enjoying the softness beneath my touch.
"It's hard not to," I replied quietly, my heart racing as she opened her brilliant blue eyes, which crinkled in delight at our shared gaze.
"Hey, guess what?" she said suddenly, her voice a soft melody as her hand began tracing gentle circles on my abdomen, her hand now tucked underneath my tank top. I hummed a question in response, curious about what was coming next. "I think you look so hot right now."
I couldn't help but frown in disbelief, letting out a short laugh. "Stop playing with me."
Her expression shifted, a mock frown forming as she moved her hand to cup my jawline, her touch tender and electric. "I'm being completely serious," she said, pausing for dramatic effect, a mischievous grin creeping across her face. "You're genuinely the most attractive woman I've ever seen."
The sincerity in her voice sent a flurry of butterflies dancing in my stomach, and I could feel my heart racing in response to her compliment. She must have sensed it because she leaned in, pressing her ear to my chest before sitting up slightly to get a better look at me.
"Your heart rate got quicker," she observed with a smirk, a playful glint in her eyes. I couldn't help but smile back, rolling my eyes in a mock exasperation.
