Chapter 6

"I will go now...I'll see you soon.. stay safe." Kyle mumbled his last words before rushing out through the door and sprinted his way to the hospital.

Leaving Galio all alone. He sit in the abandoned warehouse for a few minutes until he finally got the courage to stand up. When about to leave, he noticed Kyle's skateboard. He left it and forgot.
He then picked it up...and left.

Kyle runs his way to the hospital, quickly meeting up with the woman in the counter what floor Jane was. Kyle opens the door gently and went inside the hospital, seeing Jane just resting on the hospital bed. Seems like she was all by herself for hours.

Kyle went up to Jane's hospital bed and watches her rest. Minutes later Jane flutter her eyes open to see Kyle. Making them get direct eye contact.

"Kyle...?" Jane said in confusion, her vision must still be blurry by the strong light that encounters the room.

"Hey Jane..." Kyle said quietly, looking away from her eyes and search around a chair to sit on while he talks about his long day.

"I uh...wanted to apologize earlier, I wasn't supposed to snap out I just- I ranted about my problems to Guienivere because of my problems and all... I was just putting so much pressure to your accident. I feel horrible to make you feel bad when no one was here to check on you." Kyle responded, looking everywhere but Jane. But Jane has her eyes on Kyle while he finish off his apology.

"It's not totally your fault, I just needed space. Don't worry about it." Said Jane with a weak smile.

Kyle looks up at her and smiled as well, the both of them having direct eye contact before Kyle speaks up about another tragedy had caused.

"Oh uh yeah... Today I was meeting up with some of my friends in the skating rink and they- they told me we're supposed to go in some abandoned skating rink they found in the woods. And uh this stupid one, John, he saw the new guy and was messing with him. I tried to stop John but it made him get more harsh around the new guy and even grabbed his neck. I uh... Lost it again and- punched him hard and I run away with the new guy somewhere before someone catches us." Kyle explained his story, sighing in the huge mess he had made from many more of his problems ahead.

Jane listens to him, she was silent but soon lets out a chuckle from amusement. "Wow Kyle Schimidts, I know you're a dude who'd rarely gets someone injured, but you snapped out twice a day?? Wow Kyle it's really getting into you." Jane said between her chuckles. Making Kyle chuckle with her aswell as he rubs the back of his neck.

"I wasn't supposed to snap out.... something just took over me like what had happened to us earlier. I can't somehow control it all the time." Kyle said softly and looks at Jane.

"But what you did there was epic! If only I wasn't also stupid to climb over a fence and got myself to break an arm... I would've kick John's ass right there and then!" Jane exclaimed making Kyle chuckle.

"I don't why John is just being a dick. He's been like this ever since that new guy moved into this town. I can't stand another day with John around otherwise I'd beat up with his mates." Kyle said with groan making Jane laugh a bit.

"Anyways, the new kid. You said you bring him with you to fled out of the scene. What did you do with him?" Jane said in curiosity, in all ears to hear what did they discuss.

"I...saw his eyes." Kyle said, remembering each memory earlier where he stared directly to his eyes.

"What was it?, Jesus I didn't even see it because I don't know what had flashed me making me go to a fucking hospital." Jane groaned from her response as Kyle smiled.

"His eyes we're...Icy blue. I also got blinded when I turn his head to make eye contact. His eyes we're completely light and glowy." Kyle described making Jane intrigued.

"Is that the reason why I'm in the fricking hospital right now? How did you not get hurt?" Jane is confusion.

"You must've looked into his eyes once. At first I did get blinded, but when staring at him again nothing happened." Said Kyle.

"And reason why you're in the hospital is because you got hurt in the concrete, you could've broke some bones in your body." Kyle added making Jane scrunch her face from the image.

"What did you discuss with the new guy? What was his name?" Jane changed the subject and looked at Kyle in curiosity.

"His name is....Galio."

"Galio? Huh, what a name."

"We should only keep this secret for now."

"...Bet."

The next day - Guienivere's house

"You done?"

"Hold on let me put on my clip..." Click!

"I'm ready!" Guienivere exclaimed happily.

Kyle smiled. "Okay... Let's go to Jane's."

Kyle said as he place his guitar strap on his shoulder as they walk out the bedroom...
