Tonight was the night where Bella will be shining among the other models and the night where I will be making my debut performance of a new song right next to them. Mom, Khloe, and Kim arrived last night and checked in with me to make sure my anxiety wasn't spiking since they know how I am with crowds in general. Mom made sure to check in with me about my performance and to make sure I was ready in terms of outfit, performance, and nerves.
Bella and I, along with the other models and artists, were called to the venue early this morning to do the last full run through and it went great, despite everyone being rather tired from lack of sleep. My performance rehearsal went great and I had a staff member record it on my phone to check it over and see if I needed to change anything. The song I was singing was a short 3-minute song, but I was able to work with the band to get it to be nearly 4 minutes due to some instrumental additions. Rehearsals this morning went clean with no mistakes and no errors or tech issues. So far, I am sticking to what I did during yesterday's rehearsal with the little interactions and moving up and down the runway.
It is now 2:30pm and the models and artists have gone back to their places to get ready since we need to hit the VS carpet by 5pm and the show starts at 7pm. Bella and I got home and immediately took a 30-minute nap on the couch, but here we are now, getting ready in her living room with our visual artists and stylists.
We were all gathered in the living room to make sure our outfits were ready, from her dress to my marching suit, but we also made sure to eat some snacks to get our energy back for the long night we were bound to have.
I am DEFINITELY feeling the nerves now, but Bella has been able to ground me as fast as she caught me getting into my head. Everytime I seemed to just zone out and let the overthinking take over, she came right up to me, putting my hand over her heart and giving me kisses to ground me before my breathing could get worse. She's felt like a breath of fresh air, an anchor to ground my crazy brain, and a piece of my big puzzle, leaving me feeling that much more complete.
Enough being a mush though, it's time to get ready for the night of our lives...

After getting dressed to our best, we were on our way to the carpet. We bumped into our families on the carpet and were requested to take our pictures together and separately. But, this entire time, I just could not keep my eyes, or hands quite frankly, off of Isabella. She was just radiant tonight, but there were parts of me that were a bit possessive since it seemed her nipples could be seen through her dress, but she made sure to make it clear that she only had eyes for me. She communicated when I needed it most.

After a few pictures together, Bella was practically dragged backstage to start getting ready for the show and left me with a kiss on the carpet as I was stuck now getting my pictures taken.
