"Unlikely" Venom's head leans towards Denji's face,his tendrils slapping it around,"WAKE UP,YOU BUFFOON!"
"W-Whaaa?" Denji gasped,his eyes shooting wide open,"what...what happened?"
"It's...over,Denji,you...don't have to fight anymore" Ren steps back from Denji,giving him some space
"I...don't have to fight?" Denji sits up,looking down,"I...sure hope so..." Denji's lips quiver,tears threatening to escape his eyes,"Ren? Did I...fuck up?"
"Mistakes were...definitely made on your end" Ren rubs his neck,trying to put it nicely
"Oh...you messed up big time,buffoon!" Venom nods,his head was right beside Ren's
"Yeah...definitely" Denji starts sobbing,getting on his knees while his forehead was against the floor,"I'm such an idiot,all I did was let myself be used by everyone around me,and I just...let it happen...I let people die because I'm a selfish,self-centred piece of shit,if I wasn't so stupid,Aki and Power would still be Alive,but no...I'm too busy thinking with my dick!" Denji punches the floor,his tears continuing to flow
"I...don't know what to say here" Ren murmurs to Venom ,trying to figure out what to say or do
"No need to speak,he can go to hell for all i care"
"I thought...I thought Makima loved me...and i thought I loved Makima,but...she didn't love me...she only loved chainsaw man...and I let her toy with me,treat me like I'm some pawn" Denji sniffles,wallowing in self-pity,"so many people got hurt because of me...because I'm a horny idiot!"

"We may not have had a choice in who we were before...but...you...you have the choice now...more than ever,this is the perfect time to choose who you want to be,Denji" Ren nods,"you can be Denji...and live a normal life...or you can choose to be chainsaw man,maybe save other people from Devils,make up for your past mistakes,so...what will it be?"
"Denji...or chainsaw man..." Denji mutters,"this reminds me of something Reze said to me,you know..."

"Yeah...she told me about the country mouse and the city mouse,the country mouse gets to live a peaceful life...but the food ain't all that,while the city mouse gets to eat better food,at a higher risk of death,and you know what I chose? I chose the city mouse"
