Chapter 1109 P.M.

Jennie smiled and rubbed the images of Louis and Luka on her tablet screen. She wished more than ever that she could make physical bodies for her two cat AI children. They were so adorable that she craved to hold and hug both of them in her arms. Her husband, Lisa, would love to embrace Louis and Luka for sure as well.

Creating physical bodies wasn't within her field of specialty but she knew a few people who could help her make this specific dream of hers come true. The only problem was if she trusted those people enough to let them know about her cat AI children's existences. She and her husband would need to discuss this among themselves carefully after she recovered her health and completed her bed rest.

As for Jay and his mother Zhu Ning, Jennie hadn't forgotten about their matter. It was just that much more important things had been happening to her all at the same time. Before her wedding, she found some clues that might help Zhu Ning be absolved of the crime of masterminding the bomb incident at the mall which injured her, V, their fans, and many other people. However, she hadn't been able to pursue the clues to obtain something more substantial. Now that she was in complete bed rest, she had no choice but to delegate the tasks to others.

"Luka, take this protected e-folder to ShaWn for further investigation," she instructed her cat AI son.

"Understood, Mother. Luka will be back." The black cat AI disappeared.

It seemed that the power flood didn't automatically fix Luka's weakness for multitasking. Based on what Jennie saw from his reprogrammed system so far, it would now be more difficult to tweak him to become a multitasker. It could still be done but she would need to sacrifice his other specialties in order to increase his multitasking skills to become even close to Louis' level.

She lost interest in making her cat AI son a multitasker after analyzing that it might weaken his overall abilities if she forced a higher level of multitasking skills on him. Louis being an expert multitasker was enough. The siblings could just continue supporting and complementing each other's strengths and weaknesses like usual.

Jennie couldn't wait to recover and get out of bed rest so that she could study Luka's reprogrammed system more closely. There were so many possibilities that wouldn't just benefit Luka himself but also his older brother, Louis, once Jennie successfully analyzed everything about the unexpected foundational changes in his system.

She tapped on her cat AI son's adorable image on her tablet screen. "Louis."

"Yes, Mommy? Meow~"

"Send a copy of the same e-folder to your dad. Tell him that it's about Zhu Ning's matter. He'll know what to do."

"Aye aye, Mommy! Meow~"

Unlike Luka, Louis didn't disappear. The fluffy white cat AI continued playing with a ball of yarn but Jennie knew that Louis was in many places all at once. Just like how the power flood benefitted Luka, it also upgraded Louis' skills, although it wasn't as noticeable as what his little brother experienced with a complete system reprogramming.

Louis was now more efficient. Both Jennie and Lisa also noticed that their older cat AI son's comprehension skills of abstract and philosophical ideas were improving at an almost frightening degree, making him even more overdramatic than before.

He had even reduced his Uncle Jae into an almost inconsolable sobbing mess yesterday with his very profound view about the lifetime connection between a parent and child regardless of blood relations. As a result, Jae immediately called his Momsy and Popsy afterwards and cried harder, telling them that he loved them forever and ever. Inspired by her Uncle Jae's actions, Louis also declared his love for his mommy and daddy forever and ever.

Jennie felt all warm inside while remembering her older AI son's sweet words. She knew that her husband also felt very happy inside.

"Mother, Luka is back." The black cat AI reappeared on the tablet screen. "ShaWn and I are already working with the contents of the e-folder."

"Thank you, Luka." Then she tilted her head to the side, wondering why her cat AI son returned home if he was working on the files that she sent to ShaWn. Was he unable to focus because he wanted to keep a constant eye on her? What an overprotective kitten! Just like his dad and uncle!

Very soon, however, she would learn why Luka returned home so soon even though he had a task to complete at Shadow Winds.

"Mommy, Daddy says that he'll help handle Zhu Ning's matter so please focus on resting. Meow~" Louis reported. Then he froze all of a sudden before trembling in excitement.

He was about to say something but Luka pounced on him and blocked his mouth with a fluffy, black paw.

Jennie frowned. "Luka, what are you doing? Let your big brother go."

Luka didn't let Louis go right away. The AI siblings stared at each other, appearing to have silent communication between them that their mother couldn't hear. Jennie's frown deepened.

Finally, Louis nodded, agreeing to whatever Luka threatened him with and was let go. Then both cats faced their mother.

"Luka, you—"

"Mommy, the cute and mighty Louis is okay! Really! My little kitty brother Luka didn't hurt Louis at all. Promise! Meow~"

"Mother, my apologies if my actions made you angry. Luka knows it's not classy."

Louis began jumping all around his little brother. "Luka, hurry up and tell Mommy about your surprise! Oh, Louis can't wait! Meow~"

Jennie became confused. What were they talking about?

Louis and Luka, however, kept their mouths shut and wouldn't tell her anything. Well, Louis almost couldn't contain himself and looked like he wanted to spill the secret but still held herself back after repeatedly being glared at by Luka.

Finally, Jennie received the answer when there was a knock on the bedroom door. The butler and a houseboy carried a few items inside.

"Madam, you have a delivery from a...Mister or Miss P.M. Where would you like us to leave them?"

"P.M.?"

Jennie tilted her head to the side before realization dawned on her. She looked at her AI son who was swishing his fluffy, black tail from side to side in anticipation.

"P.M., huh?"
