Wilbur's POV:

Wilbur had just finished his lesson when the bell for lunch rang. He dismissed his class and headed over to Quackity's room so they could walk to the teacher's lounge together. They tried to go at least once a week to talk to the other teachers.

Wilbur picked up Quackity and then they walked to the teacher's lounge. When they got into the room there was a group surrounding a poster in the lounge.

"What's going on?" Quackity asked the group. They moved aside so Wilbur and Quackity could get a glimpse at a poster on the wall. It read: Teacher Party, Cafeteria from 8-10 Saturday. Snacks, Drinking, Dancing. Plus ones allowed, but only adults.

It looked fun. He looked down at Quackity, who was still reading the poster. He looked up at Wilbur a moment later.

"Wanna go? It could be fun."

"Sure, we have nothing in particular planned." Quackity smiled up at Wilbur and they redirected their attention to the rest of the crowd. It seemed like most people were asking others to the party as "dates". It was almost like homecoming or prom.

After a few minutes, everyone sat down at the table to actually eat lunch and talk. Quackity was the first one to speak.

"So you guys going to the party this Saturday?" He asked, leaning forward on his elbows.

"Yeah, you two going together?" George asked Quackity.

"Of course, are you going with Dream?" Quackity eyed the small distance between them and how close their hands were.

They both started blushing at Quackity's question. Dream asked, "How did you know?" and George nudged him.

"It's kinda obvious when you're that close together, either you guys just started dating and decided to go together or this will be your first date," Quackity spoke very matter-of-factly.

"Damn, you're good." George commented, "Yeah okay, me and Dream aren't dating...BUT we are going together to the party. How did you even-"

"People usually aren't as good at hiding things as they think. Everyone has something that gives them away. For you two it was how unusually close you were and your hands. I don't think you even noticed how close they were!"

George and Dream both looked at their hands, centimeters from touching. They both yanked their hands away and looked down at their food, blushing. They didn't seem to realize how close they were together.

Sapnap looked from Dream and George to Quackity and back again. I guess he was just as stunned as Wilbur. He didn't realize Quackity was THAT observant. I mean he was able to figure out Fundy's sleeping issues easily, but he thought that was just a coincidence. He was impressed and a little scared.

"Dude that's actually crazy. Guess it's hard to hide anything from him, huh?" Sapnap asked Wilbur.

Wilbur chuckled, "I don't need to hide anything from him. Even if I did, it would never be anything bad."

Sapnap shrugged, "Fair enough."

They continued talking and eating until the bell rang and they had to go back to teach their classes. When they walked out they both noticed Dream and George walking toward the science hallway even though the computer hallway was in a different direction.

Time Skip (Saturday):

The week passed quickly and Saturday rolled around. It was 6:30, and Quackity was at his apartment getting ready. He was going to drive over to pick up Wilbur and then they were going to head to the party. Niki was busy, so he hired a babysitter who was already at his house.
