Vatican City🙂: Did you enjoy our date? :)

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Yea I did, thank you 🩷

June took me out to Chinatown today. It was a kind gesture to take my mind off of the stress I had from school and of course, Sandra's scandal.

We tried four different restaurants, all which he paid for. Whenever we go out I start to feel guilty that he pays my expenses, sometimes exceeding over five Benjamin Franklin's, but then I remember he's loaded and owes me for all that trouble caused in high school.

So I'll continue eating the rich.

Regardless, it was pretty fun. He even got me a cute little maneki-neko figurine from a Japanese shop. It was too cute that I had to get it, there was no way I was leaving Chinatown without it.

Afterwards, we headed to the fire festival, and watched performers breathe fire out of their mouths. June was repulsed but I loved every second of it. I had never seen anything like it.

When he dropped me off I went straight to the shower, letting the water drip down my body till my fingers turned pruny.

It wasn't till a few minutes after I got done dressing that a ping came through my phone.

Vatican City🙂:Did you already take a shower?

Love Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Yea, literally got done right before you texted me.

Vatican City🙂: Without me?

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Boy please😒

Vatican City🙂: Jk jk, but frl tho, I hope you had a great time.

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: I did. I'm grateful you took the time to go to Chinatown with me.

Vatican City🙂: No problem.

Vatican City🙂: By the way, I know you don't want to think about it and all but I've been meaning to ask you this...Is it okay if I handle this whole issue? I get that you're stressed, but for your safety, it's best if I deal with Sandra alone.

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Why would you handle it alone though?

Vatican City🙂: I know her and her family better, her father isn't tolerant of her behavior trust me, he also is very loyal to my family. Getting her to face consequences is better if I take charge. Hope that makes sense.

I was confused on what he meant, but if that was how Sandra was going to go down, then I was all in favor. My main focus was getting the bartender in solitary confinement at Alcatraz, where he'd rot up until his execution.

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Okay that's fine. But I want to see her jail too.

Vatican City🙂: Don't worry, she'll go somewhere worse ☺️

Whatever that means

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Okie June bug, I have to go to sleep now.

Vatican City🙂: Goodnight babe😘😘

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Don't call me that 🤨

Live Laugh Lya🫶🏻: Goodnight🩷

I rest my phone on my nightstand, ignoring the notification that comes through. The stack of letters on my bed distract me and I decide to rummage through them since I didn't have time to the day prior.

Uni, uni, bills, New York Times....

I frantically open the letter and began reading...
