"What will Mr Mcleans reaction bring if we brought a WainscottxBarnes" Melanie voice as the table erupted into laughter
I joined in my sides hurting
"I bet he would try to get him trouble 24/7 and I swear Mrs Cannon would give them A++ on behalf of their parents getting together" Melanie smirked
"We were a force to be reckoned with"I reasoned smugly grinning back with pride
"Awh friday what if you name your child Thursday to match you?" Melanie asked
"Alright you too" Alex finally broke us apart chuckling as Me and mel headed to the kitchen to deposit the Cutlery
"You better tell me the gender" Melanie sternly said
"And how when i don't know myself" I chuckled but i knew she meant well
"Oh yea anyways luv you darling see you tomorrow when you drop the results" Melanie said with a wink
I could only roll my eyes before slipping into the car
"What do you wanna name our child?"
Ian thought carefully his fingers drumming to the wheel whilst i admired his features before he spoke "Cameron for a boy?
I nodded
"For a girl?" He asked me
I thought carefully "Ziva? It means brightness and radiance?" I inquired
"Perfect"
As we unlock the door we settled on the sofa ending the night with a movie

My alarm went off and i groggily got up my back aching me as Ian has already gotten up probably at the gym.In the meantime i got ready for the appointment today
Settling on this outfit i nodded before getting some work done
An hour or so had passed before Ian had came back and was dressed up
"lets go?"
I nodded excited and a little nervous

"Friday Wainscott," I said to the receptionist.The receptionist smiled. "Yes, Dr. Margo will be with you shortly. Please take a seat."Ian wrapped his hand reassuringly around mine as we waited."Friday Wainscott," the receptionist called out, her voice clearer this time.I stood, smoothing my dress, and Ian followed suit."Right this way, please," the receptionist said, leading us to Dr. Margo's office.Dr. Margo greeted us warmly. "Friday, Ian, good to see you both. Let's take a look at that baby."As Dr. Margo began the ultrasound, Ian squeezed my hand."Everything looks perfect," Dr. Margo announced, beaming.I exhaled, relief washing over me."And the gender?" Ian asked, his eyes sparkling.Dr. Margo smiled mischievously. "Well, that's for you to find out at the baby shower, courtesy of Melanie's surprise."Ian chuckled. "Mel's been planning something, hasn't she?"I playfully rolled my eyes. "You have no idea."
"I have t go to work okay take care..."ian said hesitantly
'No worries love, take care' I replied as i went back to going through files of cases until i got a call from Mel
"Mel How are you?"
Okay, Friday, I got the results, but my lips are sealed!" Melanie said over the phone. "The baby shower's in two weeks, which means... DRESS SHOPPING!!"I sighed, anticipating her enthusiasm."You can't say no, because I'm already here!" Melanie declared, hanging up.The doorbell rang, and Melanie burst in, beaming."Aw, Friday, you look adorable! Now, let's go!" She grasped my hands, pulling me toward the car."Calm down," I pleaded, laughing.Melanie paused, her eyes sparkling. "I want to tell you the results, but that would ruin the surprise."In the car, Melanie asked, "Which color will you wear? If you think it's a boy, wear blue; if you think it's a girl, wear pink."I hesitated, my mind racing. I slightly favored a girl, but I despised the color pink."Blue," I said finally.Melanie grinned. "Okay, let's go!"At the store, Melanie dragged me to the maternity section, filled with pastel hues."Try this one," Melanie said, holding up a soft blue dress.I slipped into the fitting room, emerging in the dress.Melanie squealed. "Perfect! You're Team Blue!"As we shopped, Melanie's phone buzzed with texts from Ian."What's Ian saying?" I asked.Melanie winked. "Just asking about the surprise. Don't worry, my lips are sealed, now lets go get some fittings done"
"Melanie i'm not an actress its just a small reunioun"
"Oh please this is a once in a while thing you'll look stunning"
"More like a blue cloud a grumbled' As i slipped on a tight fitted pastel blue dress
"That's the one!" Melanie decided
