Jungkook gently caught Seokjin by the arm, trying to turn him back around. "Jin, baby, listen -"

Seokjin pulled his arm away, crossing them over his chest as he glared. "No! Why should I listen? Just go to that Lisa or whatever you call her."

"Lalisa," Jungkook corrected instinctively, but his eyes widened as he realized his mistake. He quickly clamped his hand over his mouth, regretting it instantly when he saw the fire in Seokjin's glare.

"Oh, so now you’re correcting me on her name? You must be really close." Seokjin’s voice was sharp, his expression growing stormier. He pointed toward the door. "Go on, then. Go to her."

Jungkook's eyes softened as he watched Seokjin turn away, and he lunged forward, wrapping his arms around Seokjin's waist in a desperate back hug. "No, sweetheart, please don’t be mad at me! I swear, I didn’t do anything. You’ve got to believe me," he pleaded, his tone sincere and a little panicked.

Seokjin turned in his arms, but the hurt in his eyes hadn't faded. "That’s the problem, Jungkook. You didn’t do anything when she was all over you! Flirting right in front of me, touching your arm, laughing like that..." He made an exaggerated imitation of her laugh, rolling his eyes. "It was so obvious she was throwing herself at you! Are you that blind? Even a blind person could tell!"

"But...I didn’t think she was flirting," Jungkook stammered, scratching the back of his neck. "She just does that when she’s had a few drinks. She's a little...clingy."

Seokjin’s eyebrows shot up. "And how exactly do you know how she acts when she’s drunk?" He narrowed his eyes, suspicion in his voice.

Jungkook held up his hands in surrender, trying not to laugh. "Baby, it’s not like that. We drink at office parties sometimes. It’s not just her—I know how everyone behaves when they’re tipsy. And for the record," he added with a small smile, "she has a boyfriend."

Seokjin’s jaw dropped a little. "She has a boyfriend? And just where was he? I didn’t see him."

Jungkook chuckled, taking Seokjin’s hand. "You did see him, actually. Remember the guy who was pouring her drink every time her glass got empty?"

Seokjin tilted his head, thinking back. "I thought he was the waiter."

"No, love," Jungkook chuckled, reaching out to brush a lock of hair off Seokjin's forehead. "That was Mr. Kim Namjoon—our manager. He was wearing the waiter's shirt because he spilled something on his suit and had to change."

Seokjin’s anger began to wane, though he still pursed his lips. Jungkook saw the softer look in his eyes and gently wrapped his arms around Seokjin’s waist, pulling him close. "Please, Jin. Don’t be mad at your bunny."

Seokjin let out a small huff but leaned his head against Jungkook’s chest, allowing himself to relax in his husband’s embrace. "Fine," he muttered, sounding only half-convinced.

Jungkook grinned, tilting Seokjin’s chin up so their eyes met. "Listen, baby. I love you, only you. There isn’t anyone in this world who could hold my attention like you do. No one even comes close." He leaned down, pressing a gentle kiss to Seokjin’s forehead.

Seokjin couldn’t hold back his smile this time, wrapping his arms around Jungkook’s neck. "I love you too, my bunny." He closed his eyes, content as he rested against Jungkook’s chest.

Jungkook and Seokjin had met two years ago at a mutual friend’s party. Jungkook had been on his phone when a loud, contagious laugh had drawn his attention. Seokjin was across the room, holding a drink in one hand, laughing at a joke someone had just made.

Jungkook felt a strange pull toward him, and without thinking, he found himself walking over. When their eyes met, Seokjin’s laughter faded, replaced by a soft, intrigued smile. It was like the rest of the room disappeared around them. They talked for hours, exchanging numbers by the end of the night, texting constantly, and eventually starting to date.

Jungkook led Seokjin over to the couch, guiding him to sit down beside him. Seokjin still had a faint pout on his lips, but Jungkook noticed the way he leaned closer, as if wanting reassurance.

"Hey, Jin?" Jungkook murmured, running his fingers through Seokjin's hair.

"Hmm?" Seokjin asked, tilting his head up.

"If anyone ever makes you jealous again, just tell me, okay? I’ll make it clear to everyone that I’m only yours." He kissed Seokjin’s temple, holding him close.

Seokjin traced patterns on Jungkook's arm, trying to hide the smile tugging at his lips. "You better. Because if I catch someone else throwing themselves at you, they’re going to regret it."

Jungkook laughed softly, hugging him tighter. "My possessive Jin... you’re too cute when you get all protective."

Seokjin shot him a glare but couldn’t stop himself from smiling. "Careful, bunny. You’re on thin ice."

Jungkook raised his hands in surrender, smiling mischievously. "Understood, sir! I’ll be on my best behavior."

They laughed together, and the tension between them finally melted away. Moments later, Jungkook leaned in, his voice low and sincere, "I’m so lucky I met you that night. I can’t imagine my life without you, Jin."

Seokjin’s expression softened as he reached out, cupping Jungkook’s cheek. "Me neither, Jungkook. I’m lucky too." They shared a gentle, tender kiss, feeling completely at peace in each other’s arms.

And for the rest of the night, Seokjin stayed close to Jungkook, content to be held by the one person he knew would always be his.
